Body core strength, cardio enhancement, & functional movement are the core of our fitness solutions. At Make Fit Happen, we will help you achieve your fitness & wellness goals through a variety of exciting group fitness classes including TRX, Circuit Training, Boot Camp, Kettlebell AMPD, Pound, & Strong Nation by Zumba.
Being pushed to your limits by setting new goals is the focus of our twice yearly challenges. Make Fit Partners Happen is a great way start to each new year by working closely with a fitness partner. Body Fat Wars is a summer team challenge that will have you looking and feeling strong in the warmer months.
