I joined 6 months ago and since then I have seen an increase in my muscle mass and energy level. The workouts are challenging, but I leave each session with a sense of accomplishment. The atmosphere is welcoming, positive, energetic, and inviting. Dustin and Andrew genuinely care about me reaching my goals and offer personalized attention, advice and encouragement that keeps me motivated. They also offer individualized stretching and nutritional coaching. Joining has definitely been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I signed up for 3 times weekly a year ago, after 8 months of chemotherapy. The classes are convenient, challenging and fun. Dustin changes the routine monthly and is very present and helpful. Dustin always ensures that I am using proper form and that I can feel the correct muscles engaging. This is the perfect workout environment for people in my 50+ age range, and I mean +!

I started with assisted stretching at Maryville Fitness with Dustin in hopes of getting relief from mild arthritis in my hip. After several weekly visits, Dustin set me up with two simple exercises to do at home to work in conjunction with the stretching. In January, after the trial period, I started a fitness program, two days a week, to continue to improve my strength. What I like about Maryville Fitness is flexible schedule, small group, supervised exercises, designed for me at my level. Dustin and Andrew are very professional and interested in helping me meet my goals and would do the same for you too.

I cannot say enough great things about Maryville Fitness! I To start, both Dustin and Andrew are so kind and helpful and made me feel welcome from day one. When I began going, I was struggling with motivation and knowing what exercises to do. I wanted a place to not only work out, but help push and motivate me.
Since day one, I’ve always been able to complete the exercise program, but still be challenged at the same time. Dustin and Andrew are always ensuring I get the most out of my workouts, but most importantly that I’m doing them safely without injuring myself. It’s also so helpful to be in a small group setting to motivate each other, but have enjoyable conversations while bettering myself.
After a few months in, I look forward to working out each week. I’ve noticed huge improvements from when I started until now in both my physical and mental health!

Maryville Fitness has been a motivating experience for me. As I battle breast cancer, I often feet weak and fragile. I hate this feeling - so not me! I am determined to get into better shape to be healthier and stronger.
I often get frustrated and unmotivated when I can't figure out how to work a machine, or if I'm doing the exercise correctly or how to modify it to protect my injuries. Then I quit.
Dustin at Maryville Fitness provides me a planned workout complete with sets, reps and weight. He is wonderful about modifying exercises because of my bad knees and shoulders.
Dustin demonstrates each exercise then adjusts my form. He checks in as I do the exercise to assure that my back is doing okay and that the correct muscles are being worked.
The best part? The classes are limited to 6 people! The small size allows Dustin to provide nearly one-on-one attention.
I already feel stronger and healthier. My coordination has improved. I believe, these classes have made the impact of my cancer treatments less.
For the first time in a long time, I WANT to go to class! Thanks, Dustin!

I can't say enough about Maryville Fitness! The work outs are fun and challenging but don't leave you so sore that you can't get out of the chair the next day. Each individual's abilities are considered. Coaches are there to make sure you are using safe techniques.
I also love the scheduling! Scheduling work outs keeps me accountable, and I am no longer wasting money on a gym that I don't use. And the regular exercise is helping me feel better physically and emotionally.

I would highly recommend Maryville Fitness Personal Training to anyone looking to get back into fitness or who currently is just looking for a more personal fitness experience.
I just started about a month ago and I can personally tell you that the coaches are extremely invested in your success and always have good advice.
I not only feel better physically but mentally as well after a session at Maryville Fitness Training. They have many time slots for you to choose from as well and they keep the sessions fresh with new exercises every month or so.
The atmosphere is very relaxed and fun and everyone is so nice that goes to the gym as well. I recommend giving them a chance to get you to that next level of fitness.

One year ago, I was looking for help with weight gain, loss of strength, and balance that many of us experience as we get older. Cardio alone was no longer working for me. I took Justin up on a 2-week trial period offer. At first, I had trouble getting up off the floor mat! Within 3 weeks, I noticed an increase in my fitness level. After 1 year, the physical changes in my body and fitness level are very noticeable. The work-outs are a mix of strength training and cardio. I am challenged, but not at the expense of injury. Dustin and Andrew are hyper-vigilant in assuring I am pushing myself, but not straining. The feedback is always constructive and encouraging. The sessions are small, friendly, and we all laugh ALOT. Cardio outside of the gym are just for fun now and so much more enjoyable!

As a young person who isn’t the biggest workout fan I’m glad I joined Maryville Fitness. It’s an amazing small gym with great trainers. Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging. Dustin and Andrew provide instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts, along with the right amount of encouragement. I have definitely seen an increase in strength and endurance since the beginning of my fitness journey here (I’ve been with them for about 4 months now). Their sessions are also very affordable! I'm so thankful to Dustin, and Maryville Fitness. First for getting me off my doctor's Fall List and now for all the improvements I've seen in my health and physical ability. I have been doing private one on one training for over 18 months now.
As a 69-year-old senior, I'm glad to have a great place to work out with a trainer that has a vast knowledge about seniors' needs and limitations. Dustin really cares about the health of each client, and tailors our training sessions to fit our personal needs and goals.

Last fall I decided I wanted to be in the best shape ever. I'm 63 years old, and I want to stay as strong as possible for the rest of my days. Well, I found the right place and the right personal trainer to do just that! Dustin is amazing. His knowledge, his ethic, and his attention to each client makes all the difference. He takes you at a perfect pace while challenging you to achieve more each workout. I have minimal joint pain now, and I can climb a hill like a kid! The energy I've gained is also amazing. I have now been at Maryville Fitness for 4 months. The environment is friendly and welcoming. When I first joined Maryville Fitness I wasn’t sure if I would stick with it or be unsure like when I went to a different gym. I never was the type of person who could be fully motivated or excited to go to the gym and workout. I have always had issues with self-confidence and feeling judged by others in the gym. At Maryville Fitness I do not feel judged but encouraged and confident. I look forward to go workout more than ever before now being at Maryville Fitness. Dustin makes the exercises focused on your goals and ensures that you are feeling the muscles being worked and that it’s not causing pain. I have not only began to feel the difference but have began to see the difference in my progress. Each workout is focused on my desired goals and every 4 weeks it is changed up so you don’t feel bored by the same exercises all the time. In 4 months I have really seen the changes and progress of toning muscle, losing weight, and becoming stronger physically and mentally. The environment is welcoming, warm, and friendly. I have been a Maryville Fitness member for 18 months. I joined because I was so impressed with my sister’s strength, taking the lead loading and unloading heavy cargo from our cars. She told me it was because of Dustin. I had rotator cuff surgery the year prior and while I had excellent physical therapy, I had not regained strength and ROM that I enjoy today.
I wasn’t even aware of the need until I started my workouts at MF. I am pleased to see my overall endurance and strength build over the past year along with coordination and balance. Additionally, I have managed to lose 20 lbs. Workouts can be a motivating factor. Dustin is conscientious of our unique needs, prior injuries and arthritic joints, with training individualized to each of us. There is never a dumb question and no matter how many times I forget how to do an exercise he remains kind and patient demonstrating a routine multiple times until it sticks with me. You can’t go wrong with Maryville Fitness!

Dustin is a great partner in your health journey. He creates routines that keep you from getting in ruts and from being bored. I highly recommend the 21 day fat flush if you are looking to lose weight. I have completed 2 and was very pleased with results both times.

I have been a member of Maryville Fitness for 4 months. I feel so much stronger. Being a member of this gym holds me accountable, if I miss they notice. I just completed a 21 day fat flush program and had great success. I lost 15 pounds in 21 days. I had a body fat scan done right before I started the fat flush and right after I completed it. I lost 2% body fat in that 21 days and little to no muscle was lost. I would definitely recommend. Dustin knows everyone by name and all of our strengths and weaknesses and makes sure we see progress without injuring ourselves.

Nine months ago, I started a new fitness program. I was 61, overweight, struggling with my health and noticed a loss of strength and balance. I began walking three miles 4-5 times a week. I soon saw my weight dropping and wanted to take my fitness to another level. I searched online and “found” Dustin and Maryville Fitness. I wanted to become stronger and healthier.
Dustin designed a workout routine to meet my individual needs and goals. The environment at MF is warm and friendly. It is a challenging workout and in 6 months, going twice a week – I can see improvement – I’ve lost weight (32 lbs. and counting), have muscle tone, dropped down two pants size, have lab results that my doctor is happy with and just feel better!

I broke my hip in May of 2021. I had no idea how much that was going to set me back physically. Post physical therapy, I thought I was doing a good job of exercising but I really wasn’t and I needed help. A friend recommended Maryville Fitness and it was just what I needed. So many things I love about Maryville Fitness!! I really enjoy the small group setting, yet you have your own workout tailored just for you. Dustin is very tentative to making sure your doing the workouts right and breathing correctly. Best of all Maryville fitness is affordable for me. Clean facility and cleaned equipment. Excellent attention to personal goals. I appreciate the ability to schedule via Zen Planner app. Dustin makes sure that you are doing the exercises correctly. My husband and I have been working out at Maryville Fitness for just over a month now. My husband is down 7 lbs, I am down 4 lbs and we have both dropped inches all over. Our clothes are definitely fitting looser. The biggest impact we've seen has been to our energy levels. Even on non-workout days we crave exercise.
The group atmosphere at Maryville Fitness makes it fun and motivating. Everyone is super nice, we can laugh together as we push through workouts. Even though we are in a group Dustin is very attentive to each of our needs. He knows the ailments/limitations we all have and tailors workouts as needed. We love working out at Maryville Fitness, we will be moving later this month, but we plan to continue working with Dustin virtually.

I have absolutely loved being a part of Maryville Fitness! In the past I have joined gyms only to not go and not want to go! Maryville Fitness is different, & it is exactly the right fit for me! At Maryville Fitness, you get personalized workouts/training in a small group setting. Dustin is an excellent trainer. He is committed to supporting you in your goals, very easy going while still providing the accountability and the push you need for training. He is very conscious of form and breathing. He is consistently supporting his clients in noticing what muscles are being worked & adjusting if there are any aches or pains (and the adjustments are just as good if not better than the original exercise!). I love the intuitive movement and embodiment that this encourages! Also, the atmosphere at Maryville Fitness is truly very welcoming of all body sizes & abilities, which can be hard to find in a gym.
In addition to all of these things, I love that we can schedule our own workouts on our own time via an app & there are plenty of times to choose from. This has been extremely supportive to me in being consistent, which I have been the entire time I've been going - which is a big deal for me! Lastly - there are no mirrors and no intimidation! I could go on and on about how great Maryville Fitness is - I cannot believe we have access to such a great gym/training experience right here in our community! If you are thinking about it - just go; it's so worth checking out!

I’ve been a member for a year and 3 months.
I love the atmosphere and the encouragement Dustin provides. He designs individual workouts for each client and makes sure that you follow through as well as do the exercises correctly. I have gotten stronger and have more energy than I have in over 6 years. I’m upset when I have to miss a class. I’ve never felt that way about any other gym membership.

I randomly read about Maryville Fitness 2 years ago while on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! I came to Maryville Fitness based on a great recommendation from multiple family members. I have had a positive experience from day one. The training sessions are built around my goals and my fitness level. I lost 60 pounds on my own. Since I started in February 2018 I have managed to lose an additional 80 pounds in my first 12 months. It’s also nice to work in small groups, versus being stuck in a room with 20 or 30 people at a time exercising at the same time. I feel like a different person. If anyone is looking for a new challenge but FUN...check out Maryville Fitness! Maryville Fitness has been a game changer for me. I always enjoyed running prior to joining there a couple years ago, but I needed something more. I didn't feel like I was training my entire body. Dustin, the trainer/owner, creates an individualized plan to meet each person's specific needs. I am definitely much stronger now. More than that, it is a fun environment that is not threatening! We encourage each other, and we have many laughs in the process I highly recommend Maryville Fitness!

I have been at Maryville Fitness for a little over a year now. I turned 50 this past year and this is the best shape I’ve been in since my 20s. Dustin is awesome! He always makes sure I am using correct form and checks to make sure I am not hurting my back, knees, or shoulders. His workouts incorporate cardio and strength, and cover all the muscle groups. The best part is, it never gets boring! Workouts are changed on a regular basis. I also like how you have the choice to work out in a small group setting (which is basically personal training with maybe a few other people there doing their own thing) or team. Team is fun because everyone is so nice and we support one another. We are doing similar exercises but they adjusted to your personal fitness level and ability.
I cannot say enough good things about Maryville Fitness. You should try it out. You WILL get hooked!

I used to have an on-again, off-again relationship with the gym. I would sign up for a gym membership, go a few times, get bored, then quit. REPEAT. This cycle continued for years and I never saw any significant results. I signed up for Maryville Fitness at the recommendation of a family member, and I can’t believe the difference it has made. They offer team and group classes where everyone is given their own personalized workouts. This is perfect because I receive the benefit of personal training but also get to enjoy the social aspect of going to the gym. The trainers greet everyone by name as soon as they walk through the door, which made it very easy to get to know everyone – there is absolutely no “gym-timidation.” I lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks, and I can’t wait to see how much further I can go! 11/10 would recommend Maryville Fitness!
