My experience with Mason has been nothing but phenomenal. He took me from 240lbs down to 200lbs in 3 1/2 months. After seeing what workout equipment I had available at my work gym, he built a custom workout training plan that has taken my workouts to the next level.
He had communication with me consistently and kept me accountable to my personal goals. His drive for the betterment of his clients is genuine and extremely positive.
Mason is very professional and his commitment to changing people’s lives is why I am writing this post.

I contacted Mason with a specific problem I was having with hip mobility and squats. Not only was Mason able to identify exactly what I had going on and give me some stretches and exercises to help, he explained it all in a way I could understand and was extremely professional! It’s been a few weeks now and I’m feeling a lot better!

My son John has been working with Mason for over a year. John is a volleyball player and wanted to enhance his power, stamina, and vertical jump along with improving his overall health. We have seen major progress in all of these areas especially his vertical which has improved more than 4inches. We have noticed his muscle tone has increased and his posture is so much better! This has also helped boost his confidence and self esteem. When I asked John why he enjoys working with Mason, I was told he is very motivational, involved, and he loves seeing the results! It is great seeing a 14yr old so motivated and excited to get healthy and exercise! As a parent, I was looking for someone to teach him how to exercise properly and safely. Mason is very educated in nutrition, how the body works and explains everything to John. He pushes him but knows his limits. I feel comfortable and confident with John working with him. I am grateful John has Mason as a mentor, a teacher, and a friend, that will help him achieve his goals!

Mason helped my lift strength go up tremendously and allowed me to gain 35 pounds of muscle within just a few months. He even gave me a packet of all the food I should be eating if I’m trying to gain or lose weight and the packet even should what the foods are important for. I would definitely recommend going to Mason if you’re trying to get stronger, gain weight, lose weight, or simply just trying to stay fit!
