I’ve been working-out with Lisa for 3.5 years and it’s been nothing short of fabulous. I was in my mid 50’s and felt my regular cardio routine was not working for me. I needed to tone and drop some weight. Lisa put me into the best weight lifting program and my weight went down 20 pounds and I’m so much stronger. I feel better about the way my clothing fits and about myself. I see Lisa twice a week and now my 23 year old daughter joins us. She has gained substantial strength and enjoys Lisa’s customized program as well. This year I’m turning 60 and I’m feeling better than ever physically and emotionally. Better yet I picked up a great friend in Lisa. She’s a wonderful person!! 💕

Lisa Furtado is a wonderful trainer! Before I joined her gym, I was overweight and not feeling good about myself. Honestly, what motivated me to do something was my daughter was getting married and I wanted to lose weight for her wedding. I’ve tried so many diets, protein shakes etc. and I did lose weight but when I got off them, my weight came back on and more. So I was just scrolling on Facebook and saw Lisa’s gym. It was close to my house and I thought I’d give it a try. Well, I went and I was extremely impressed! She’s very professional and really knows her stuff! Her workouts are always geared to different parts of your body so your whole body gets a good workout! I look forward to every time I always feel better after my workout! I’ve been going for a year now and I’ve lost 30 pounds thanks to her! She’s also so positive and encouraging when your doing your workout! I would definitely recommend Max Fitness! I love going there and plan on going for a long time! ❤️
