It ended up not being the perfect fit for my goals right now, but I liked the program so much I recommended it to my mom.
Once she went for her assessment not much effort was done to find a regular workout time for her that they could accommodate. I don’t think they have the availability right now which is unfortunate as she was excited to start. Very nice people! But much to be improved on office back end.

Richard and his staff are thoroughly engaged with each client for the duration of each workout. The duration is only 25 to 30 minutes but the regiment is focused and intense. I am pleased with the results thus far, after just one month. I am sold on the science behind not allowing muscles to atrophy in our later years. I find Richard's passion for his field, helps drive me to maintain my focus.

Med Fitness is fantastic! Unlike traditional gyms, it's a boutique studio focused on strength training with measurable results. Richard creates a personalized workout routines and he or one of the amazing coaches guide you through each exercise, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Sessions are quick—about 20 minutes, just twice a week. The friendly atmosphere makes you feel welcomed and motivated , and I’ve already noticed significant strength gains in just six weeks. At Med Fit I get a personal, intense, one on one workout that is tailored just for me. My trainer adjusts equipment and weights as needed every session. This supervised exercise correctly builds my muscle strength, improving the health benefits that go with that. It's a very friendly pleasant place to workout. I feel welcomed when I go in and stronger when I leave.

Highly recommend Medfitness for anyone considering to start their strength training journey. This place was recommended to me by my physical therapist and I'm so glad I followed up. Practically one-on-one training, the trainers keep track of your progress and adjust your machines regularly, all machines feel safe to use, and someone is always there to help remind you of your form and to push you further along your goals. I feel stronger and safer in my body since starting here! The personal trainers are absolutely wonderful people. It's a very manageable full body workout, twice a week. Very grateful that Medfitness exists!

First let me say, it’s nearly impossible for me (or anyone!) to find an excuse not to workout only twice a week, 30 minutes each time. I am at MedFitness from May to December and have been on this schedule for many years now. I have osteoporosis and take Prolia. After being on it for 2 years as required, I had my bone density scan. I’ve heard success stories from everyone who has taken it. I was delighted to hear that I had a 6% increase in bone mass in my lumbar spine and 8% in my femoral necks. My doctor said he was aware of good results with Prolia, but he had not seen numbers as high as mine after only 2 years. He could only attribute my success to my MedFit workouts.
You will never find a friendlier, nicer place to work out. I’m proof that if you COMMIT, you will get FIT!

My Doctor is extremely pleased that I joined MEDFITNESS. I recently had my annual physical and this is what my Doctor wrote after my blood work results came back. "Lab work is excellent. Total cholesterol is down to the lowest level in 3 years. Blood sugar is stable. Continue (MEDFITNESS) exercise program".

Just happened upon this place via coupon introduction. Really glad I did. Staff is attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Seeing improvement from injury with their help. Oh... and managed to lose almost 30 pounds with their advice. Highest recommendations.
