Had a Volleyball Tournament here Feb 3,2024. Our girls won first in Gold and the guy said he forgot the medals and would get them to us, he never did. Now he won't return phone calls or text. And we paid to play in this tournament.

Nice facility, very large. BB courts are crowded together but are numerous. They have a huge gymnastics area, camps, martial arts, food, and tables to eat. Admission is $10 for adults which I thought was high but I'm sure they have lots of overhead.

Aside from the gymnastics business, I am not sure I like the sportplex. Kids summer soccer sessions were fun and coaches were nice. Air conditioning and ventilation systems is often messed up and it gets hot and stuffy(poor air quality). This hurts those with allergies, as it makes it difficult to breath…meanwhile athletes are working out in this. I sent my kids to the summer camp. It was incredibly boring, minimal activities, and lots of tv. I also learned a few months after that my 6, 7 at the time, and 9yo kids were allowed to watch Rick and Morty(vulgar cartoon for adults). Now trying to get tax information for last years summer camp is difficult. I can’t even get Brad to call me back or email me after two weeks, and all other employees continuously direct me to him and say he is around. I would appreciate at least an “I am working on the documents” or something. I would like to just get an EIN number, since I know what I spent.

This is a nice court and our first experience was great. However, to get a hold of someone (via Facebook messenger, email and phone calls) is almost impossible. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone to reserve, we had a great time. We wanted to reserve again so we spoke with the employee there, Devin I believe, face to face to reserve the volleyball court for our 2nd visit the following saturday and he said "Okay, I have you down for next Saturday, Nov. 26th from 7 to 9", but when my group showed up there was only one person there getting ready to close up. When we asked what was going on he checked and called the person we made the reservation with and we were told we weren't "in the books". The majority of my group live about 30 minutes away and it was super inconvenient and unprofessional. We really like the facility and it's just a bummer this happened. We don't want to risk wasting our time reserving again with the fear of it being closed or being turned away.

My daughter has played in volleyball tournaments here two years in a row and both years the air-conditioning has been messed up. This place is so filled with girls, coaches, parents, etc. and it is hot as hell. I get things happen but if your going to host big tournaments make sure the air is working or you have something, fans, anything. It is literally like sticking your kid in a hot car... that kind of hot.

My son has been going to summer camp here for the last 3 years and loves it! He always has a great time making new friends, and seeing old ones from the year before. They make it super easy to register and pay for camp and meals if you choose. Staff is always friendly, and I love that they remember him from year to year.

Had our daughter's birthday here in December with Brandon. Great guy! He just went out and had fun with the kids. Some of the other staff members try too hard to plan games for parties. Facilities are great and there's plenty for the kids to do. Sadly I can't rate any other services offered except their birthday parties. They do actually coach gymnastics and it seems like there's indoor soccer for the kids too.

This is our first and last year of playing basketball at the Belleville Sportsplex. Had several weeks of poor referees not making good calls or good judgement for the safety and wellbeing of the players. We signed up our team to learn the game of basketball and all they have learned is streetball. Games have gotten out of control. Talked to Keith Witter(head of the basketball program) about our concerns for safety and learning the rules of the game three weeks ago and today two players on our team had serious injuries ( bloody lip and head injury) with NO FOULS CALLED OR ANY ATTEMPT TO CONTROL THE GAME BY THE REF. When ref was confronted he laugh, shrugged his shoulders, and did not care about numerous parents concerns about safety. This season at the sportsplex is making our players not want to play basketball anymore. The way the sportplex in Belleville runs their basketball league I would not recommend taking your kids there if you care about the safety of your kids.

We have had a contious problem with referees during basketball games. When the refs are approached about it all they do is laugh and say they need to toughen up. Management has been informed as well and nothing has been done. Children are being hurt during games from lack of calls. Bloody lips and head injuries have become all to common. My kids will not play another sport there. I would rate a zero if I could.

World Class Gymnastics is a fantastic place to boost my daughters self esteem. They are very encouraging and aren't a business scheme to 'get your money'. They are very honest on which level each child should be at. Highly recommend WCG in Family Sports Plex.
