My children attend the group training, and they love it. The trainers have really connected with them and they enjoy the feeling of accomplishment after every session.

My better half is a former Division I athlete. 8 months into working her she is by far in the best shape of her life!
The thing I really appreciate about the staff is they really evaluate the individual and make sure to create programs that both cater directly to the client's goals as well as optimize the workouts directly to their needs.
Their group workouts are very balanced - everything compliments each other for a full body workout.
They push people to be their best in such a friendly and optimistic manner - seriously some of the nicest human beings you'll meet. If you have goals to take your body to the next level I cannot recommend them enough!

Adam and Shane are two great owners and trainers. Professional. Motivated and motivating.

Due to COVID, I decided to get a trainer. My goal was to go to a place with great reviews but geared towards functional fitness, mobility, and strength. I took an assessment with Kelsey and we connected instantly. She is very professional and knows her stuff. I would suggest anyone to train with Kelsey. She is fit, attractive, smart, and strong. She is not a trainer that says one thing and does another. She can converse with you and still have you sweating at the same time. Overall, my experience with the other trainers was cool. Everyone was nice even in my moments of doubt and indecisiveness which was not any fault of the gym nor myself. Just minor traffic jams when doing this thing called life. Either way, these people work with you. They are pretty stable emotionally too because the vibe of the place is to the point, geared towards making you better, while still being friendly. I am glad I was able to stick with the program because it has helped me physically and I truly need it for my mental health during this time of being in Phase 3. No matter what age or level of athleticism one will excel at MFC.

A+ rating! MFC exceeded my expectations of what a personalized gym could offer. The trainers really care about you and make you feel comfortable. I was skeptical about starting a workout program after not exercising or being in a gym for over a decade but the team made me feel welcome and excited about bettering my life. My trainer is Adam, who has not only helped me get into better shape but has also extended his vast knowledge of nutrition so that I can maximize my results. I'm feeling better than ever and my can really see visible differences in my body. Also a great feature offered at this location is "boot camps" so you can work out along with other people with similar fitness goals in mind. I do the personal sessions though, because I enjoy the 1on1 time and training. Regardless of your time or schedule MFC seems to always go out of their way to accommodate you. I rarely write reviews, but after seeing my results in the mirror everyday I just had to write about my experience so others could also start feeling great. Thanks MFC team.. you all rock!!!
