Midlife Movement with Angie has taught me so much about living a healthy lifestyle! I thought counting calories and cardio activities would help me lose weight and feel better but it wasn't working. I met with Angie who asked me questions about my eating and activity habits. Angie created an individualized program just for me. She introduced me to using macros versus counting calories so I'm eating much better. Angie has videos you can use for strength training at home. She met me at the gym to show me strength training activities using various machines to will help me to lose weight and build muscles. She's been available to me to answer any questions I had. I've learned from her I'm capable of so much more than what I thought I could do and be. I encourage you to check out Midlife Movement and talk to Angie.
