I had never looked forward to exercise until I started seeing Alina. My goal was to build muscle and increase strength. I am amazed at the progress I’ve made over the last year. Every session begins with Alina asking how I felt after our last session. Her workout plans are always customized to my goals, while taking into consideration any limitations I may be experiencing with my body on that day. She’s motivated me to challenge myself. UPDATE: It's been over a year now, and Alina has helped me through so much. I'm in such a better place physically and mentally because of our consistent training sessions. I couldn't be happier that we're still going strong.
I've been training with Alina for over 4 months now, and I don't plan on stopping! I've never felt more comfortable with someone during workouts, while also being challenged to do my best. She really personalizes the experience so I always feel like what we're doing is the perfect thing for ME. She's encouraging and personable and actually has me looking forward to getting up in the morning....to work out. Never would have believed it. Alina is the best.

I've been training here for almost two years and it's fantastic. Alina has helped me through car accident/whiplash injuries, pregnancy/postpartum, and getting pain-free in all ranges of movements. I had not exercised in years. I wondered if I could even last for a whole hour session. Then thankfully, I found Alina.
Alina assured me she would start me at my level. She assessed my physical capabilities and needs and tailored my workout. Alina gave me well timed rests in between sets. Before I knew it I had successfully completed my first hour session! Now, five months later, my stamina has increased so fewer rest are required. My strength, flexibility and balance have definitely improved.
I trust Alina‘s professional judgment. She respects my limits and plans my sessions accordingly. I am even starting to enjoy my day-to-day activities again! Working with Alina and getting to know her has been a joy.

I met Alina over two years ago when I could barely function and had serious debilitating pain in my SI joint and lower back. I had gained weight because regular workouts were painful and I had very little knowledge about the importance of mobility at my age. Alina "rescued" me from the depression I was slipping into from not being able to fully participate in an active lifestyle. With her credentials, background and experience she implemented necessary mobility exercises that helped me. Alina is an amazing trainer. My mum and I started with her 6 months ago and we have seen such a massive improvement. In a short amount of time she has made such an improvement in the quality of our daily lives. She’s extremely knowledgeable and always listens and adapts exercises to meet our needs. She genuinely cares and always asks how we are feeling before and after our sessions and checks in regularly during the week. The sessions are always fun and we always enjoy our time with her. I started working with Alina 5 months ago when I had finally had it with chronic pain and inflammation. It hurt to stand up to walk. I was a little over a year postpartum and knew things had to change, I was about to have a toddler to chase and a very active 5 year old. I met with Alina and on the way home I cried. She was everything I had been looking for all of these years. Someone who actually understood the extent of my knee injuries and wouldn’t force me to do things I physically could not do. And while I did want to lose weight, she agreed our priority would be mobility and being able to move without pain. The rest would eventually fall into place. Every session I am asked how I’m feeling, if something hurts we focus on that area whether it be we don’t do anything with it, or we work to stretch it. Alina is fantastic and truly cares about you as a person and helping you to live your best pain free life. In 5 months I have gone from struggling to put on my shoes, to being able to comfortably sit myself down on the floor and play with my kids. My life is forever changing, and I am so grateful to have found her.

Alina is amazing at what she does but more importantly it’s amazing what she did to my back with her easy to follow mindful movement exercises. Working in an office in front of a computer has been wearing on my neck, shoulder and mainly my lower back. I first joined her group session then started doing one on one sessions and that really benefited me. I didn’t realize how it was affecting my energy. After each class I felt young again and was able to keep up with my kids. Alina is great and I’m grateful that I have her.

9 months ago I was looking for a personal trainer or workout class to help get stronger and get in better shape, and I’m so happy I found Alina!!
She works with me twice a week on strength training and mobility and has helped me gain more muscle and feel better!
Unlike other workouts I’ve tried, I don’t get sick of training sessions. I’ve never stuck with a program for this long. Alina is super helpful and makes sure she adjusts the workout based on how I am feeling.
If are looking for a fun workout and personalized training, I highly recommend Alina!!!

I was hesitant to start working with a personal trainer however Alina is amazing..I been working with her for over 1 year and a half..I feel so much stronger and can't believe how far I have accomplished. She is very personable and really focuses on your needs.she always is concerned about my health and contacts me after a workout to see how I am feeling..if you want that one on one relationship she's the one you been searching for!
