I had started working with Joe when he was still working in a commercial gym. I really liked his abilities and training style. Fast forward a few years, I moved away and realized that Joe does online coaching. The amount of progress I have made is just amazing ever since I picked back up training with him. Seriously everywhere I go people are asking what I'm doing differently, mind you I have been consistently lifting since first meeting him. Sometimes it's hard to face that you don't have all the answers and that someone who consistently invests in furthering his education does! Joe is just a wealth of knowledge and I really appreciate his no nonsense approach to lifting. I am ecstatic at the progress I have made since having him coach me 2,000 miles away. Any question I may have gets answered promptly and thoroughly. He really is that guy! Can't thank him enough for how much progress I have made and how much I have learned.
I look forward to continuing working with him. He's the goat!

My car broke down when I was picking my kids up next door.
The owner saw my kids and came out with cold water bottles for them and asked if there was anything he could do to help.
I already had a tow truck on the way but it was still really nice of him.

I was pulling out my winter clothes in November of 2023 and it finally happened, My pants that fit the year before no longer fit. Instead of sizing up I made the decision to lose the weight. I wasn’t a stranger to the gym but my goal of losing weight while maintaining what muscle I did have was intimidating and I admit I didn’t know which direction to go.
Enter Joe Moca.
I found Joe on Instagram and gravitated towards his no-nonsense, evidenced based approach to fitness. I had a thorough consultation and started the next week. Joe set me up with a plan for my food that worked with my lifestyle and we adjusted as the weeks went on. I worked out with him at his studio and he monitored and gave advice on what I was doing at the gym on my own. A few months later I had lost 15 pounds of fat and felt better than I could remember. Since then I’ve been putting on lean muscle and getting stronger every week.
I’ll also add that my then fiancé, Now wife started working with Joe shortly after I started. She has never looked and felt better and she always looks forward to her workouts.
No matter what your goals are, I could not recommend Joe enough.

Started in person and online coaching with Joe. I have been going to the gym for years but felt like I wasn’t achieving my goals and definitely needed to switch things up. I am so happy with the training and support that I am getting. The online coaching is easy to follow and I am so glad I don’t have to wonder what exercises work well together. And Joe is there to answer any questions I have about the training app. Highly recommend if you’re trying to take things to the next level with someone you can trust and is well educated in the fitness field.

I started training at Mocafit with Joe about a month ago and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. I was so lost and confused on how to attain my goals but once I met Joe and he broke it down for me, everything became so simple. I’m already noticing little changes within myself, both physically and mentally. Joe is constantly challenging me and pushing me beyond what I thought were my limits, while simultaneously encouraging me and being patient with me. I’ve been training with Joe twice a week for 12 weeks now, and in that time, I’ve lost nine inches. I have L1 spondylitis, and sometimes suffer from lower back pain, which has impacted my mobility at times. Joe checks in with me at the start of every session and personalizes my training based on how I feel. He targets specific muscles to build more strength to my core, hip flexors, hamstrings and spine, and I’m noticing a reduction in lower back pain and a nice lifted butt again too! Joe also taught me about kinstretch, nutrition and how to track Macros….I love that I’m losing fat and gaining muscle mass while still enjoying my food (and wine). Workouts are tough, but fun, and I always leave feeling accomplished and stronger. I’m very happy with my progress so far, and I feel confident that I now have the tools to remain successful long term, thanks to my trainer Joe. I highly recommend MocaFit!

MocaFIT is a small but mighty training studio that is ideal for those looking for an alternative to commercial gyms. I wanted to start resistance training to improve my health and gain lean muscle mass, but felt intimidated and overwhelmed by joining a commercial gym. I’m so happy that I discovered Joe Moca and his stellar training studio. I’ve been training with Joe for almost 2 months and can confirm that his training sessions are worth the investment. Although the gym is small, it has all of the necessary equipment and machines, and Joe is always finding new exercises to challenge me. The studio is very clean and there is never more than 3 people training, which is a bonus for those looking for more privacy and personalization within an exclusive space. Joe designs sessions to fit your goals and fitness level, and provides guidance on nutrition . He also goes beyond resistance training by incorporating kinetic stretching and offers classes on isometric loading exercises to increase range of motion and mobility.

I failed the POWER CARD test twice within 3 months, even though I was at the gym 4-6 times a week trying new stretches and excersices. Finally decided to get help and within 5 weeks Joe got me to pass the test. He’s very knowledgeable and right away figured out what specifically I needed help with.

I cannot recommend MocFIT highly enough to anybody trying to better their health and fitness. Between the friendliness of all the trainers, to the cleanliness of the gym it’s truly a one stop shop. I workout with Adam for my one-on-one training sessions. He is awesome and does an amazing job of switching up the exercises to keep it fresh, focuses on your body goals, and is always your number supporter. I also workout with Joe for kinstretch/FRC, and boy, have those classes changed how I workout and how I view strength. Joe is an incredible trainer and he’s always learning new way to push his clients. The classes are always fun and challenging. Couldn’t recommend them more! The gym has tons of different equipment to allow for different and challenging work outs. The gym also has two bathrooms with showers to make it easy to work out before work. Highly highly recommend!

This is the best place for one on one training . At 12 years post menopausal, I had gained 25 pounds in the last 5 years. I’m now a year out in my journey to get fit. 6 months of swimming 5-6days weekly did not change my weight although I improve endurance. 12 weeks of a remote coaching program which included structured weekly educational sessions, calorie & macro counting, hand-picked exercises 3x weekly, plus swimming 3x weekly only brought small changes. Now, after 43 3x weekly private training sessions with Joe @MocaFit and continued calorie / macro counting, the changes are very obvious. The machine shows I’m dropping body fat. But even better, since starting with Joe, I’m smaller & leaner - losing weight, gaining muscle, dropping clothing sizes! I am starting to like my body again. His gym is small and private making it a comfortable environment. Joe pushes me to work hard but is reasonable. I am thrilled with where this journey is headed and thankful my friend recommended Joe @MocaFit!

I have been training with trainers for about 15 years now and my experience with Joe has surpassed any other sessions I’ve had. The level of professionalism and knowledge he provides his clients is worth the investment! I came to Joe in early April in hopes to lose body fat for my wedding in September. I signed up for 10 in-person training sessions. Not only did he help me find my maintenance calories and coach me through how many calories I should be eating per week to be in a deficit, he also made a complete workout plan for me for each week. Since I started with Joe 3 months ago, I have steadily lost 21.3 lbs. (1-2 lbs. per week) and my body fat % has decreased by 5.3%. Joe was always so helpful and encouraging through this entire process. Even though my training sessions are over, he still texts me weekly about dropping my calories and to see how things are going. Joe also keeps his gym SO clean! HIGHLY recommend!!

I am newer to the world of fitness. I was extremely anxious to even talk to anyone at MocaFIT about my wants and needs. I received a pretty immediate response via text and voicemail. Meeting Joe for the first time was relaxed and he made it all sound simple. As a newbie, it was not actually easy at all. However, Joe is patient, understanding (modifications as I needed it) ,and at least in the beginning, was a bit flexible with what I could and couldn't do (lol now it is just understood that I WILL DO IT). However, every training session has been a definite workout. I no longer have night sweats because I sweat so much during our sessions! I have painful body parts and Joe is also working with me on how to make those work better. My endurance is better, and am I able to lift more than I thought I could.
The environment is great! All of the trainers are friendly. The studio is very clean and well maintained.
If you don't want to try it because you think you will be judged, it is not this type of place at all. There are all types of people/body types that come and go.
I am glad that I picked MocafFIT over other places because I'm not sure I would get the same support somewhere else.

I’ve been working with Joe since January 2022. I have been taking kinstretch classes for six months now and one-on-one training with him for a little over two months. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and just an overall pleasure to work with. Throughout the last few months I have seen huge improvements with mobility and strength and my BF% has dropped significantly.

I first went to MocaFIT in October 2021 after booking an introductory session with Patryk Pajor. Patryk worked with me to set my goals, which utilized results from the InBody assessment that the studio offers.
When I arrive for each session Patryk checks in on how I’m feeling that day and will customize the workout based on my needs. He always makes sure my form is correct and challenges me to push myself with new movement and more weight.
The MocaFIT studio has awesome equipment and we always do a variety of moves in every workout. I’ve had great results not just on the scale, but in how my body looks and feels.
The studio is kept extremely clean, the other trainers are very friendly, and overall it is a great environment to stay motivated and get fit. I look forward to going to MocaFIT, being challenged, and continuing to see results. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Mocafit since they opened, as I followed my trainer Valerie there from XSport. Valerie is an excellent trainer. And Mocafit? I couldn't have asked for a better place, especially considering the waning Covid-19 pandemic. Joe Moca keeps his training gym exceptionally clean! Equipment is sprayed and wiped down after each customer's use. The gym is only for training, so it is never crowded and personal, professional attention and instruction is provided to each client. I highly recommend Mocafit for your training needs!

I really can’t say enough positive things about MocaFIT and training with Joe! I have learned SO much in the few sessions we’ve worked together so far and I’m looking forward to more. 💪 Working with Joe has helped me a ton with my mobility in exercises that I thought I was training to my fullest potential! I really appreciate the individualized approach he takes with each client and the resources/expertise he brings with having him as a coach. Joe practices what he preaches and his exercise videos have helped me feel confident with my daily stretches and warm-ups. I’d recommend training with him in person or with another trainer, they all are super friendly and seem great! The gym has a cool environment all around. 😊 Really unique training that requires a specialist so I would recommend trying a session or one of the classes! Also, it is very clean, super organized, and has really high quality equipment! I know I personally waited too long to try MocaFit and would recommend training here to anyone - no matter their fitness level.

Adam, like almost every personal trainer, is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. But what makes Adam standout from the rest is he is an expert motivator, pushing your limits without causing injury or being a jerk. Adam listens to his client’s individual needs and designs unique training programs, not the “one size fits all” training routine. In the years that I have trained with him I have never been bored and I met and exceeded my goals. I lost weight and, more importantly, I feel great. With Adam’s support and expertise, I have conquered my physical limits caused by old injuries and we continue to overcome the natural downsides of aging. I have improved flexibility and core strength and rehabilitated previous injuries to the point that I am able to enjoy daily activity pain free for the first time in many years.

MocaFIT has been incredibly supportive on my fitness journey! I looked for the right trainer for a long time and once I found MocaFIT I was so impressed by their white glove service! Everything is personalized to what you need as a client. I've been working with Patryk and he has been so helpful! He listened to my goals and walked me through how we would achieve them together. He has pushed me to limits I didn't know I could achieve and teaches me better form. He has even helped me create a realistic meal plan that allows me to still have flexibility and lose weight! The workouts are brutal but I am so much stronger and have more endurance now. Everyday tasks are easy. I can keep up with my 2 year old daughter. I walked into MocaFit at a life-changing moment in my life. I knew I had contacted the right place when Joe took the time to patiently address all of my questions and concerns over the phone and via text and then when I walked through the doors for our consult, he immediately made me feel at ease. The facility is well-maintained which is very important to me.
But more importantly than that, Joe knows what he's talking about and what's he doing. His professionalism is off the charts! And for someone who HATES working out in a non-oblivious fitness way, Joe challenged me to push myself further than I thought I could go.
He did so with a quietly assessing, but still authoritative approach ( NOT a drill sergeant, NOT a pain in the butt, and NOT all up in your face yelling & making you feel like a pathetic underachiever).
Joe cared about more than what happened within that hour, he helped me navigate nutritional hurdles as well and gave me tools and useful insights to guide me along this journey. He kickstarted a new lifestyle change for me and I will forever be grateful.

The gym is very clean, everything you touch is being wiped down, Patryk has been very helpful, accommodating and a great trainer, I'm not very suave when it comes to working out, especially strength training, and this was the boost, education and motivation I needed.
I like the body composition analysis that they provide, you take it every two weeks, it keeps track of my weight, muscle ect... personally, it holds me accountable for my progress, really motivates me not to slip up, just to see those numbers go down, getting healthier everyday. I highly recommend 👍

I had been going to a bootcamp style gym for 4 years, but after having a baby I saw no improvement in my strength after a year of being back at my regular gym. I heard about MocaFIT and decided to reach out for help. Joe set up a nutrition plan that had me eating more calories and allowed me to eat carbs. At first I was skeptical that this could work, but week by week the weight started melting off! I truly trust Joe with his nutrition knowledge that consists on a sustainable diet. I also noticed a dramatic difference in strength in just 3 short months and I am even lifting heavier weight than I did before being pregnant. With Joe's help I have also been able to get enough strength back to help improve my lower back issues. Joe is also very professional and cares about helping you reach your goals without any judgement. in the past 15 years i have lived in 7 states (career changes) and have went through at least 2-3 personal trainers in each state. i am VERY picky on who i choose for my PT and typically spend several days doing research (both online and speaking with locals) before spending my hard-earned money on a personal trainer.
using the criteria above is how i came across joe moca of mocafitness. first thing i appreciated was how he customized a workout plan AND nutrition plan specifically for my goals AND my body type - and not the standard cookie cutter workout plans most PTs will offer you with one or two little changes here and there.
i can honestly say (and my wife/kids will attest to this) that in just 45 days, i have went down 2 pant sizes around the waist, had significant and NOTICEABLE arm and chest growth; numbers are up for muscle and down for fat percentage - and also - my overall mood, self-confidence, energy levels are also what they were years ago - i cant WAIT to see what the next several weeks will bring!!

Joe may not be the cheapest around and he’s also not the most expensive - but look at it this way. once you start working with him and changing your body image - you will automatically and y second nature notice you are sleeping more (and therefore NOT binge eating at midnight) and have more positive energy and mood (and therefore NOT stress eat) and learn to eat smart with customized meal advise (and therefore NOT eat unhealthy fast food and certain restaurant foods) --> these changes will actually SAVE you hundreds of dollars a month you were wasting - and there you have it, that savings just paid for your training.
so stop researching, if you want to get a personal trainer / nutritionist / motivator (yes- this is important) / a no-nonsense trainer who also happens to have a great personality and positive vibe - give him a chance.

I've trained with Patryk for years and glad he broke out with the best trainers from xsport during the pandemic. I went from 315 to 185 with Patryk (I'm 6'2") and then built 20 pounds of lean muscle with him a couple months later. Not only has he put me through great workouts but also educates me throughout my session, explaining why he has me do certain exercises. He cares about how my body feels and responds to certain lifts. He’s even helped me recognize where my low back pain is stemming from, and what therapies and stretches I should do to improve my flexibility, so my form and weight during squats etc improve. Workouts were customized to me and always different so I never got bored. The facility is fully equipped and kept in amazing shape. The trainers wipe equipment after every use, provide towel service and always have a water available if I forget one. The Inbody scale they just got is fantastic and will monitor your progress. This is quite impressive considering even a lot of big box clubs don’t have this equipment. They’ll even give you a print out of your progress that helps keep you motivated and on track. Absolutely love it there.

It was time to get back to training and my experience at Mocafit with Patryk, confirmed that I had made the right decision. With confirmations of appointment times and reminders sent, I learned they have a good communication system in place. After discussing my needs and assessing my physical abilities, Patryk started my personal program, developed especially for me.
