I’ve been trying to book a gymnastics party for 3 weeks now and the lady completely ghosted me. Last time I booked a gymnastics party I was able to go in and do it so it was very simple. This time they told me I had to put an application in online and it asks you what date/ time you want but then when the lady emails you it’s like she didn’t read the application at all. Then it’s back and fourth a couple of times because of times/ days being unavailable and then she just stopped responding even though I picked a date/time she said was available. I put in another application under another name which she just never responded to and my friend put an application in too and got ghosted as well. Why not call people to make it faster? Pretty disappointing

The Self- defense class Shi fu Owen was fantastic! He gives each student a chance to practice one- on- one, and gave solutions to possible scenarios in the event we have to defend ourselves. Great Mommy and me bonding time, we'll be returning!

Clean, clean bathrooms, knowledgeable staff, good gymnastics program for young children. I do not have experience with the program for older teens. From an experienced friend, Perron Thurston, it has a solid hockey program.

Rude Employee - (per management’s request via text message) I won’t be deleting anything!!!!!!!!!!

My 12 year old son was looking forward to ice skating at this facility for a week! This was our first time ice skating.

incident number one -
My son was skating and he wanted to take a break and come sit next to me. So he started to walk up the stairs with the ice skates on to get to where I was. A worker by the name Quinn started yelling, screaming, and waving her hand at him to stop. My son had headphones on so he couldn’t hear.(Mind you there were 3 other young boys behind my son with ice skates on as well, but nothing was said to them). No signed posted anywhere!!!!

Incident number two -
Same son had his ice skates off walking to the seat where I was and again skates off and in his hand. Gentleman worker had a talk with my son.
(Conversation- don’t go up the stairs with your skates on, my son responds by saying my skates are off, then the worker proceeds to say can I have your skates I intervened at that point).. No signed posted anywhere!!!!

Horrible first experience.

Please post signs that say No Ice Skates on Concrete might be helpful…

Went for a kid's birthday party. They got to run around the gymnastic floor. Ball pit, trampoline line, rope, uneven bars, balance beams, and some other equipment. After about 20-30 minutes of that it gets rather stale. I guess the kids liked it. Had food and cake in a small room upstairs. That's it. It was ok I guess.

Never will ever feel comfortable coming back to this sports center. Me and my friends were there for some hockey and the older woman working the front desk came to tell us that the building is closing you need to get off the ice. After in the locker room changing for 20 minutes, the same woman came into the locker room and told us to “get out of the building, we are closed”. We still had some gear on and we asked her to please shut the door as we need to change out of the gear. She then said “no, I am not closing the door until you guys leave.” We are undressed as she walked into the locker room. We have never felt so uncomfortable in an establishment ever. We let her know we do not feel comfortable changing while she is standing there and we asked her to please close the door while we finish changing and she says “Don’t make me get my other uniform. I am CPD”. So we proceeded to change in the bathroom while she is still waiting with the door open and we proceeded to exit. The real kicker to this story is as we are walking out, she says “I’m waiting on a couple of sno-cones”, which is racially discriminating me and my friends as we are white. We will never return to this establishment after this encounter and I hope management sees this rating and takes every action they can after this situation.

I honestly thought I had been to every rink in Illinois, but I was definitely wrong. I didn't even know this place existed till today.

There was no one working up front and they didn't seem to mind that basically no one had masks on. While not the easiest rink to get to especially on a Friday evening it was actually very nice inside and especially the locker rooms were clean and large enough for a high school team. Not a bad experience actually surprisingly good.

The rink was decent however the fact that the players had to either come dressed or try to dress in a very dangerous parking lot was simply not in the best interest of the young hockey players. Rain and bad weather only exemplified that situation. Thankful however that the kids were at least able to play the game. Staff could be a little more helpful in those situations.

I went last weekend for a Zumba class. This is my first time doing any group workout since COVID-19. I was Wondering how they would address safety. The space is very nice, clean and large. The staff at the check in office was nice. There were taped off spaces in the workout room indicating where people should stand/move for workout. I asked instructor if they limited number of people in class. She said if more than 5 people come we would move to a larger room. There were 4 people at first which allowed each person to be near the corners of the room. A fifth person came late and I feel that was the maximum amount to still be safe. The instructor, Sharon was very good. Her smile kept encouraging me to keep going. You can step up the work out or keep it low depending on your level. I did think the prices were high. $12 for drop in and $60 a month considering there are not that many classes offered. Mainly different Yoga classes and a few Zumba.

Beautiful skating rink - great for open skate on Saturdays and Sundays. My sister took me for my birthday, and we had a ball. The customer service was average, noone went out of there way to be helpful and they didn't try to up-sale us on those tripod things for beginning skaters. It was a nice mix of levels of skaters from beginners to hockey players or intermediate level skaters. The skates were comfy enough and well kept. There is plenty of room to spectate, lockers if you need them, and it's pretty cost effect. I think it was like around $10 for the cost of open skate and ice skates. I'd recommend checking it out!

My son is in a trampoline class, which is teaching him practice on his center of gravity, (he's very unbalanced, and has weak core strength). They have a huge indoor ice skating rink, as well as a foam pit and most of the amenities of a gymnastic class. They have classes for very young kids, (toddlers), and older classes teenage.
