At MSF Performance we pride ourselves on our attention to detail. We believe our assessment and the action we take following the assessment is what separates us from the rest. We believe our ability to progress and adjust to the individual needs of each client is paramount to their overall development. There is no guessing in our operation; in short, our practice is always backed by science.
All of our coaches have a degree in an exercise science related field, and are required to be Certified in DBC Human Mechanics & Biomechanics (Chicago's First)

Rene, Sophia, Tyler and the whole staff are excellent. They motivated me to start working out again after taking many years off. I am 49 now and have started building muscles and feeling stronger. I love working out at MSF because they are knowledgable, fun, keep me safe from injuries and the place is clean but not boutiquey. I feel like I am surrounded by athletes there - all people working hard to meet goals and that is motivating.

There are not enough words to describe how great MSF is! I have been training with Rene for years, and he has supported me throughout my hockey career and helped me train to be a collegiate player. Could not recommend a better gym or better trainers!!

Great gym, great coaches, great workouts. I came to MSF after a rocky recover from ACL & meniscus surgery. I was about 9 months out when I started and worked out with Rene for 2 months. The growth I made in that short time was amazing. Couldnβt recommend this place any more! Especially with their rates compared to competitors.

Tyler, Brittany and the whole team are fantastic! I saw Brittany for physical therapy and she was so thorough, attentive and honest. She recommended I was in a state to start training and recommended Tyler and made sure he was aware of my minor injury. Tyler has been awesome - Iβve definitely seen a massive positive change! Iβve trained with Josh and Rene as well and I definitely recommend anyone on the team!

I started in 7th grade when MSF was just Rene. Now I am a D1 athlete because of an amazing trainer like him. Over the years he has added trainers just like him, simply the best. There are no words to describe the care each trainer has for their athletes, the encouragement to make these athletes simply the best, and the passion for being trainers is beyond any trainer around. MSF will make you the best athlete with an amazing supportive staff no matter which trainer you work with.

I have been working with Tyler for almost a year now and I could not be more happy with my progress since then. He prepared me for college volleyball as well as supported me the entire way. I started training with Josh 8 months ago after working with a personal trainer for 2.5 years at LifeTime Fitness in Northbrook. When I started, I was 3 month postpartum by cesarean section. Iβve had significantly better results in only 8 months than I did in 2.5 years. It needs to be said that his extensive knowledge and extreme attention to detail allows him to reach his clientβs goals efficiently and safely. I have nothing but good things to say about Josh, and STRONGLY recommend his services!

MSF truly pushes you to become the best athlete you can become. You outline goals prior to training and work hard to make sure those goals are achieved. By the start of my wrestling season I was right where I wanted to be. Without MSF I would be nowhere near my goals.

MSF Sport Performance has provided me with sport-specific training tailored to my needs as a college athlete.
