Great gym for new or seasoned cross-fitters! The community, atmosphere and workouts are all amazing. I joined less than a year ago with no previous experience with CF so learning new lifts and form was a challenge but the coaches are so supportive and take the time to explain and demonstrate movements. I would recommend this gym to anyone!
