I hate to admit it, but it seems that I’m not the only one that has issues with this place. it’s a shame because it could be great. It would be one thing if I was the ONLY PERSON WITH A DIFFERENT KIND OF COMPLAINT. HOWEVER IF YOU READ THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS… I agree. They are pretty spot on with my complaints here.

My daughter was enrolled in Gymnastics and had been attending with no problems for over a year with well experienced caring, loving coaches. Then, it seems they could only hire minor unexperienced coaches that DO not know how to coach properly. They don’t have experience etc. It seems like this center is either struggling to find and retain and pay for good quality coaches, or they don’t care about Community and it’s all about profits. I’m not sure which one it is. But hiring multiple minors as coaches… why? These young coaches don’t know what they’re doing and SOME HONESTLY don’t really care. FOR SOME ITS THEIR FIRST JOB ever! For others, It’s an extracurricular activity where they can earn some money… and that’s it. It’s not a passion. It’s not like they love being around kids, otherwise they would do a better jon of being present and show up with an energy of vibrancy and care for what they’re doing.

It is conveniently located for US. But the quality of coaches and or community spirit has just vanished. This place may not be in it for the well-being and the well spirit of your kids…. It honestly feels like It’s about business and profits. It’s not about community…. Anymore.

That’s all I can say based on my experience how I was received how my daughter was received and how they took zero accountability for their lack of quality coaching… and this happened months ago.

And here I am feeling bad about posting an honest review, But after reading these others reviews I think to myself wow I had the same experience. Let me speak up about it. it is disheartening.

Gymnastics has policy of parents cannot watch nearby where we drop them off , they have to go up and watch them from the top. I feel we need to get binoculars to watch kids from there. Apparently this is due to safety reasons. But what about safety of kids? Young gymnastic coaches don’t pay attention to kids. My kid came home tells me that she fell and coach did not even see her falling because she was talking to another boy coach.
They don’t want us to watch our kids closely , they themselves don’t take responsibility for the kids. Some coaches chitchat, day dream, bite nails and look around instead of teaching. Some coaches are really good, but coaches like these make me think twice before paying for the gymnastics classes.

Amazing place for kiddos in all ages. We tried gymnastics with our little one, and the coaches are super nice. Place is clean and many other things for kids in all ages. Also tennis for adults and teenagers. Love it

First time at this place. I looked at online photos before arriving, I was invited to a children’s birthday party. When I arrived, I went to the center of the desk where that lady is sitting to check in and let her know that I was there for a party. With no smile, she walks over to the left of the desk Where there’s a sign that is in the photo to point out that the birthday party I was there for did not start for another 30 minutes. I looked at her after she read the sign to me and ask if I could sit somewhere to wait. She said yes, and pointed over to the sitting area. Sadly, I considered looking into this place as an option to bring my son later in the future, but due to that poor interaction, I will never come back there. After I asked where the party would be located, she could have just explained that the party started a bit later and if I would like to take a seat and wait, I could do that. It was a bit condescending and rude for her to walk away from me towards the sign to read it to me as if I missed it. About 15 minutes after I sat down, comes in Another party attendant who arrived early as well and was greeted by another young man that worked behind the desk as well. He simply pointed to the room where the party was taking place. The lady that did not help me was sitting there and said nothing. I then got up and followed the other person into the party. I believe that everyone should be treated fair and consistent with the same message. Lastly My best advice to the lady sitting there looking unhappy about her job is to look for another one. Not only did you get the establishment a one star but also lost a potential customer.

We do Pirouettes gymnastics and it’s awesome! We have been enjoying the program over a year now with coach Marilyn. We used to go to another program and I’ve noticed the structure here is much better. The oak lawn programs are great.

Love signing my kids up for their activities. We’ve tried multiple sports and activities for multiple age groups. Doesn’t break the bank and is still quality with lots of options.

A big white man was yelling at my kids and I over a parking space. When i notified front desk she said to call the police or I’ll walk you back out. Man followed me inside. When I told front desk they said he’s with his kid. He came and left without a kid. When I called my husband to come because i Felt unsafe the staff blamed my husband for yelling at the man that yelled at ME!!! Staff didn’t do anything to protect my children and I. I was very disappointed. Man followed me to front desk still yelling at me. Staff didn’t know what to do. This is ridiculous and I will not be returning here. I’m not sure if it was a race thing since I was the only one that wasn’t white. Spoke to manager she was very defensive and kept cutting me off. Be aware when going to a place like this. So sad that this place did nothing to protect my kids and I. Shame on them

Clean, abide by current COVID-19 guidelines (masking, hand sanitizer, decreased capacity, and contact tracing) and have stayed open throughout the pandemic..My son has been able to remain active with hitting practice (baseball cages) . Beautiful facilities for gymnastics, tennis, baseball, and other racket sports. Highly recommend!

Great facility, we go there for pickleball. It's the place to be for advanced play Monday nights. They also have pickleball in the morning. Their staff is very courteous and friendly.

LOVE THIS PLACE! We come here all the way from Tinley Park because Coach AMY is the BEST ! I wish she taught more than just tennis because she is fantastic with kids. She is energetic and has great drills, and is so positive! Both of my kids also do gymnastics here as well and while they dont have the energy level like Coach Amy, they do a good job with so many levels and kids. I do wish they offered more boys classes (I understnad it si supply and demand) but it is difficult to get both of my kids in at a similar time so I dont have to sit there for 4 hours. Definitely worth the money for out of district.
