At first, I started with Pilates because I had back pain, but since there was a program that let me do personal training together, I did both, and it really helped correct the issues in my body. I really like that the instructors could adjust the program to fit my individual needs. Their studio and equipments are always clean, and itβs great being able to book sessions when it fits my schedule. The instructors are also very knowledgeable and supportive!

I really love it here! This was my first time in a long time working out and with a personal trainer and he is very detailed and kind. The Pilates instructor here is also very very sweet and helpful. My daughter whose in college also started going here recently as well, and she loves it as well.

Since last year, my husband and I have started working out together. We really like that we can have a 2:1 personal training session, and the trainer adjusts the intensity according to our individual fitness levels, so weβve been able to progress without any issues. I was on the hunt for something chill but effective, and this Pilates class is IT. My friend and I didnβt want anything too intense, and this was perfect β stretching, toning, and good vibes all around. The instructor customizes the moves based on how your bodyβs feeling that day and explains everything super clearly, so even as a total newbie, I felt like I could keep up. After each class, I walk out feeling refreshed and balanced. Honestly, this is a game-changer if youβre looking for something sustainable and not crazy intense. 10/10 recommend!

I have been receiving personal training with Sangmo for over 3 years. I started because I wanted to learn how to exercise systematically, and he created a program tailored to my fitness level. Thanks to his guidance, my fitness has progressively improved, and I have also seen positive effects in terms of weight loss.
In the middle of my training, I had a pregnancy and gave birth, but due to my consistent exercise, my recovery after childbirth was quick.
