Zach’s program is easy to use regardless of your starting point. He gives each client individualized attention but was even offering video group workouts. The meal plan isn’t restrictive for weight loss and easy to maintain when you’re not working with Zach too! The workouts have a great amount of variety and he really puts you in the driver’s seat. Zach’s program is all about building good habits that are sustainable regardless of what goals you are trying to accomplish.
