Marion branch massage chair #2 sounds bad and does not work as good as the ones in Carbondale. The tanning bed in Marion started before I was even in it why I was still putting on tanning lotion unlike Carbondale which I push the button on the machine to start it.

Friendly, clean, well kept machines, reasonably priced, and not crowded. I can see ahead of time what the attendance is via their app so I can avoid crowds. The massage chairs/ hydro massage are also great! They have a bunch of tanning units but I don't use that. Plenty of locker space, changing rooms, and showers.

I almost don't want to say how amazing this gym is because it may bring more people here! Lol Seriously, though, it's so big that even with an influx of people it still seems dead. The atmosphere is super chill and clean. The staff is really nice and does a great job keeping it clean. Highly recommend.

The employees are delightful! Always kind and helpful and I never feel judged for asking questions. I would like to stress however, that none of our area PF locations have personal trainers on staff... I chose PF because it said there were classes, etc... but we have none. It would be wonderful if we could get one. The hydromassage is my ritual before leaving every day! Try it out!

If you have Aetna Better Health (Medicaid), you get a free monthly Black Card Membership here. The manager signed me up through my insurance and I thought it would be the basic plan, but she went the extra mile to check without me even asking! She laughed with me throughout the interaction and I felt at ease, not like it was an intense and uncomfortable environment at all.
The gym is well lit, clean, and quiet with friendly staff and lots of empty machines. The front desk had plenty of sanitizer spray bottles.
My only complaint is the misleading/deceptive signage that says the hours are "24/5" which is not accurate. This is generally a bad practice and could become a consumer protection issue for them in the future with the BBB or IL AG.
For anyone that is wondering, the entrance is where the shoe department entrance at Kohl's used to be.

Upon reoccurring visit, I am waiting at the front desk for an associate for anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes at a time as someone who uses your services. It is extremely frustrating to have to wait when I spoke to 2 male employees. all they said was “like well we have to wipe stuff down and we’re doing stuff that like we can’t always be at the front desk” and I said I understand that truly. I understand there are other things that have to get done, but regardless the wait time even throughout the day, not even during closing time is insane. They again said they other things to do other than be at the desk. that’s 15-30 minutes of my time. My time is valuable. I also have other responsibilities to attend to. I have am very disappointed at the employees response to my complaint as they showed no professionalism or understanding. Nor gave any apologies. Please do better and try to enforce a resolution regarding front desk services as I have experienced this more times than I can count. Thank you.

Love coming here and working out whether it's alone or with friends/family. The place is overall pretty clean and they have a rlly good selection of machines to choose from. There's not alot of "influencer" types recording while working out which makes for a more comfortable environment. Do really wish they would get more yoga mats, there's only like 6 and they are usually being used. The bathrooms/locker rms are pretty clean. They have alot of cleaning/sanitation stations to use for wiping down machines after use, and almost everyone uses them so less chance of staph infection or sitting in someone's stank when using the equipment. They also have carry around sani spray bottles for use too. Overall I really like coming here and get a really good workout in every time.

Today this 69 yr old was utilizing the shower facilities when I started to feel lightheaded and tried to reach for my towel. I fell on the floor but thankfully a very sweet lady Mandy came to my aid .She proceeded to help me gather my stuff along with my pride and checked up on me repeatedly.i them was escorted to my vehicle from the PF staff who showed great concern for my safety. I always said God puts people in our lives at the right moment. Thank you both for the care you shared for this elderly woman.

Visited while in Cabondale and loved this gym. Massive amount of space, and I thought my home location was big. Huge windows let in a lot of natural light, and the place was spotless. Showers were clean and fifty percent bigger than I'm used to with no leaky or missing shower heads. And friendly staff. Thank you

Website is easy to navigate. I signed up online and within 15 minutes of my first visit to the physical location I received my access card, a detailed tour of all the equipment, amenities, as well as locker room. Just as well I was shown schedules of group training and information I needed to schedule 1 on 1 training sessions. Staff was incredibly friendly, and like the commercial says. Absolutely zero judgment, I walked in looking like a hot trash bag in August and left like everyone else can get out of my way. Thanks for making me feel like I can just be better!!!

A very nice discount chain. This facility is clean, and all of the equipment was operational. There’s not much in terms of free weights, so if that’s your thing, you may want to go elsewhere. Otherwise, this has a complete lineup of resistance and Nautilus-type machines as well as all the styles of treadmills and a whole room of ab equipment. Bring your own lock and towel.

Tanning booths work about a third as well as other locations I've been to. No soap dispensers in the shower stalls.

Full 24 hours would be nice but hours are still decent, I really wish they supplied black card members with one towel per visit.That would be really nice so I don't have to bring my own to shower and then it sit in my car the rest of the day if I don't have time to go home.
Place is usually always really clean and tidy 80% of the workers are awesome but there's a couple people not so great.Overall I enjoy the gym, massage chairs are a nice plus especially after hitting back or legs, could use a few more doubles of popular machines they are often occupied.
