They keep taking money out of account more than the 20 a month there only supposed to take made my account go negative went to bank to print out paper work and history of account transactions to show them yet they never fixed it has no problems when it was cash every month but then they insisted on making u put a credit card on file then that wasn’t good enough they insisted on making you out a bank account on file and now what I was afraid if happening had happened plus their closed all the time so I go to the Pulaski location and their closed too over the entire Fourth of July weekend so I go to the Harlem one and they say they can’t help me with the bank account problem to go back to Pulaski yet my account still keeps getting drained back to negative again even though I put well over 20 in the last month I put over a hundred in and that account i opened separately is specifically only for planet fitness not used for anything else they don’t have access to my main accounts thank God

I usually come to this gym because it’s closer to my house and it’s been close for the past 4 days but this is not the first time this location closes they always close for any little thing. There quick to take your monthly payment on time I should get a refund or a dollar for each day that has been close.

This gym is a good gym, can get really busy around 6-7 and I avoid those hours. They have alot of cardio machines and I mean alot since it planet fitness. They have weights as well and pretty much just make due with that. Good bathrooms and locker rooms

I’ve been at different PF locations, but the staff has never been so disrespectful and unhelpful. Had been ignored and had to ask three times before my request being rejected. The bad thing is that I really was trying to make a friend of mine to get a PF membership, but I got the ‘girl, you should come w me to Xsport, they are so much nicer’

Great place to work out and a friendly staff too. Large parking lot, always a clean convenient space and well maintained. Good choice of electronic equipment that is always working. Free weights from 5 to 55 pound dumbbells and a few "free weight " machines. Ten stretch mats and a great variety of other equipment. The staff is always available to answer any questions or listen to comments I have. Very clean with spray cleaner and paper towels at a dozen stations. I've been going to 5129 Belmont for about a year and a half.

Not a great place to come and work out. Men's bathroom was nasty and the showers had mold all in them. The equipment was nasty and it also had a bad smell as soon as you walk in. Won't be going to workout there again ever!!!!!!!

I like that it's not crowded too much, but why are so many people just sitting on machines using their cell phones??? It's annoying that the 30 minute circuit usually has between 1-3 people just sitting there looking at their cell phones, and if you ask them to please move they get offended. Or sometimes they are working out but do multiple sets on one machine blocking anyone else from using them.

I've been going here for years, I do a lot of traveling and have been to several PF throughout the city, state, and several other cities. This location is by far my favorite. The machines are not taped up or out of order, the workers are friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, and they are one of the few locations with the hydro beds. Granted I go early in the day before the crowds, but overall I've never been disappointed.

Ok people, this is a gym not a social media, if you want to socialize just stay on facebook or go to a bar. I'm not judging but i bet the people complaining are the ones that usually on their phones texting or even talking jaja and don't let me start with the ones taking picture of themselves instead of doing what they're supposed to do WORKING OUT!! There's people trying to workout, so if you're going to be on your phone, just get off the freaking bench and let other people use it!! So stop taking selfies and focus on your workout, remember; no pain no gain lol... the place is clean and never had any trouble with the staff.

This is my home Planet Fitness gym, but I spend most of my time at other Planet Fitness gyms because this gym BLASTS their sound system. So much so that even with my device at maximum volume their music drowns out whatever I am listening to. The staff is nice and the gym is spacious, however I do not want to go deaf just to workout. I have complained on numerous occasions, and unfortunately the staff is unable to assist because they have no access to the volume controls!!!

The only good thing about this location is that it's not crowded usually. Cons: broken lockers that were obviously broken into, the spray to clean the machines is clear, like just water, at other locations, it's purple. Half of the cleaning posts have something missing like paper towels or the watery spray or both, so not very clean machines as a result. It's not unusual to havr to tell the staff to add towels or notify them of broken spray bottles. Also bathroom is not very clean. Parking lot is big but people park along the fence for some reason and fire lane so it's wierd to get out at times. Also there's been a few robberies in the lot and inside the gym. So if you go for lack of crowds, take a friend.

Signed up this month online. Went the next day in the morning to get the black card membership. Once there I expected atleast a good greeting or a hey thanks for joining nothing at all not even a tour. Didnt even explained how the guest policy works or anything at all. Been there over a week now and im still figuring out where everything is and how it works. Not the best customer service at all. And for the past week all these car vandalism has been happening in plain day and early afternoon! !You cant even go work out completely comfortable knowing this has been going on and some cars have been near the front!! I know because Ive seen people (mostly women) just disappointed and crying in tears. Just a shame. And the gym knows and doesn't warn us or bother to do anything about it. Even the next day workers don't even bother to pick up the glass until a few days later. But, besides that if your trying to get a quick workout its fine. Mostly everyone cleans after themselves. Not completely bad just be careful and beware!!!

Standard bare bones gym, newer building and equipment. There is WiFi but the staff claims ignorance of its existence and they won't give anyone the password. Luckily the Chicago public library across the street has WiFi but you have to stand near the windows in order to get a signal. I like to watch netflix while I ride the bike!
