Do not get a membership here if you don’t want people to brake into your car. A month ago somebody broke into my car and someone else’s , I filled a police report and their answer was that the parking lot belongs to Ford City and not Planet Fitness. I got a call from the manager 3 days later only because my gym friend wrote a review, this not only happened to me but other 2 people. Me and my friends are just waiting for Crunch to open so we can quit this gym.

I had a very disappointing experience with a representative named Kevin. During our phone call, he was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering any assistance, he abruptly hung up on me. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

I have no complaints for the gym itself I love this gym its nice and big, great staff but the biggest downfall is the PARKING!!! It is so annoying how these "hotel newcomers" are hanging around the parking lot like as if they are in their property. It is so upsetting that a paying member is struggling to find parking while these people have their cars lifted fixing them, selling things from their trunks, hanging around their cars listening to music smoking and drinking like why do the employees allow this.

I would say the staff is nice and they always greet you when you walk in. My home gym that I go to is the Planet Fitness on 95th and Cicero. Once I heard this one had opened, I figured I'd give it a try since its not far of a drive for me. My biggest complaint is the parking lot situation its horrible, I've driven there and had to drive back to the Planet Fitness on 95th because I could not find parking. You have a lot of the hotel "visitors" parking at the gym lot, and it is unfair because we all pay for the membership. I've been in the parking lot waiting for a spot and meanwhile there is like 3 or 4 other cars waiting as well. I wish Planet Fitness would do something about this because it is very aggravating when you arrive and there is no parking due to the hotel people parking there. The gym itself its nice and big, but they do have a lot of cardio machines and i feel like the workout machines are so close to each other. The gym does get busy! So when it does just be prepare to WAIT for a machine to open up cause at times its forever. Overall the gym is decent.

Friendly, helpful staff and a clean location with ample parking. All the equipment was in good working order with updated treadmills. 30 min work out station, abs and stretching area, functional training (trx) plenty of treadmills and at least 6 stair machines with all the other equipment we love to hate. At this location they have red light therapy, water beds, reclining massage and tanning beds.

Visit this facility for the first time, a couple days ago. It's pretty cool, much more spacious, From the looks of it, they focus more on cardio due to the rows of treadmills, stepping machine and bikes I've seen. The restroom was clean and smell fresh, the locker where maintain, the shower where nice (no ripe curtains) the stalls and floor were clean also. The representative was welcoming as I enter the facility. While using the smith machine. Individual as you (before grabbing the weight from the machine) could/can they use the weight. Polite thing to do versus grabbing and walking away (calumet park, lansing, evergreen Park customer never ask). I gave this gym a 7 out 10.

I drive 30 minutes out of my way and pass several PFs just to go to this particular location. The bathrooms and gym floor are always clean and well stocked, and the front desk associates are always professional and courteous. I was a member about about 8 years ago at a different location. I moved and went to another gym. I moved near this location and joined. It is very nice. The staff is pleasant, the facility is clean and the equipment is kept in good shape. Also, Planet Fitness is much better than I remember it being. Nice upgrades!!!

Not the best gym for weightlifting, more than half of the gym is comprised of treadmills and other cardio machines. I just wish they would expand their weightlifting area and maybe even allow free weights, but for ten dollars a month one can’t complain much.

everything in the gym is super new and the gym itself is very big and spacious especially the bathrooms but most of the space is taken up by cardio machines the lifting section is small in comparison. for such a large gym it makes no sense to only have one ab machine and maybe like 4 Smith machines to bench press on. that's the only negative for me but it was definitely a hassle

Thos gym is really clean and the staff is attentive. I am an avid traveler and going to the gym to workout while on vacationing is something I like to do. Planet fitness has always been my cheap and go to travel gym and this one is not bad at all. Clean, nice staff and spacious. However I didn't like the dumbbell area too well. Looks small and can get crowded easily but not too much a problem for me at this time. It was leg day.
