Very nice employees work here. I've been to a few Planet Fitness in IL and other states and the two gentlemen who greeted me 11/19 around 2:30 were some of the most amiable employees at a PF I have interacted with. The gym is a smaller PF, but has the basics you would expect and a hip thrust machine which some of the larger PFs don't even have. Limited Smith Machines though. Nice employees here still.

I have to say the staff is really nice but I wont go back, today my car keys and my husbands jacket was taken from the lockers, while I understand it was a slip off from my husbabds side because he had no lock in the locker i dont trust the location I had to pay $230 dollars for a new key and unlock the car and while we were waiting another client told us in the parking lot a cell phone was stolen last week So sad because is a small gym but people never leave anything around cause it will be taken,

This is the gym I frequent the most and the employees always keep it nice and clean. Beyond that, Adrian was able to help me locate my car keys when I lost them. He literally saved me like 100 bucks for a replacement key. He went above and beyond helping me and hits the standard of what it means to be good person and a good employee.

Very decent gym and you honestly can't beat the price. It's too bad the hours were shaved down a bit after Covid (they close earlier on the weekend) but otherwise it's a very reasonably clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, a good variety of Cardio and weight-training machines along with free weights and an area for stretching. For black card members, they have an available hydro-massage bed and tanning rooms.
I definitely recommend going during the off-peak hours; after 8pm and you practically have the entire gym to yourself.
They also recently added three new weight-machines for more variety in your routine.

I gave it 3 stars only cause the crew they have when i go in is pretty good at keeping it clean. Location is way too small, they should get the store at the end of the building where it use to be a buffet its bigger. Place gets super packed not enough machines, plus i think the meter the app uses is incorrect shows 3 bars should be at 7 bars. Too crowded but for 20 a month what does one expect. Time to switch.

Limited machines and just had a terrible experience. 1 leg press machine and I am waiting for 15 minutes for 1 person that’s on it. As I am waiting for 15 minutes, I ask how much longer the other gym patron has on the machine and he tells me 15 minutes. I ask him if I can use it quickly since I will be less than 5 minutes, i only have 3 sets. He tells me no. I engage front desk who go and talk to him and am told there’s nothing they can do since it’s the first time this person has been reported about this. Letting someone sit on a machine for THIRTY minutes when there’s only one machine is CRAZY. Do better.

4-5 employees at the counter chatting it up, laughing and not helping customers. Boy at desk couldn't grasp customer service or how to communicate human to human. App clearly states I can enter and that I must sort out the missed payment from 4 years ago after. See pic. Boy just repeated " I can not let you enter". I'm a senior citizen and this kid acted so rude. Id avoid this location if you expect to be treated with dignity and respect. I've paid for PF for 5 years, just paid this month and for some odd reason there is a miss payment from 4 years ago I continue to have to work out. (It was paid, I'm in auto pay, duh.)

Extremely rude staff trying to sell you the black card. I checked in and one staff member told me I was not allowed because I am not a black card member. In my app it tells me I have access to any planet fitness worldwide because I have been a member for years. When they saw this they let me train. As I was then purchasing merchandise another staff member came up to me and told me “unfortunately you are not allowed to come back here” to which I then showed them the application and requested a manager. I then saw them pretend to call someone on the phone and they immediately apologized. This was not a great experience overall and I would like to hear back about why this happened.

On the outside, it appears to be the biggest planet fitness , but once u enter,u realize that it's the smallest of all. This is the only planet fitness that has only one of each strength training machine, and to make things worse, it's all matrix, second from the bottom above precor. All other planet fitness stock there place with lifetime Fitness strength training machines. There's no long lockers, only short ones. The staff was at the front desk when I arrived, and when I left, neither time did they greet me or say goodbye. If someone is keeping tally, I am a black male. This one of the worst planet fitness I have ever visited 😫

This is my reason for 3 stars.. everytime I come I want to park in front of the gym but I find they're all used by the pete's market employees.. last time I went in thinking it was packed because of all the cars when I went in there were only 11 people inside and yes I counted them. If the grocery store doesn't let their employees park infront of the store because they claim they are for customers well I'm a customer of planet fitness and I can't even park infront of the gym I pay to go to. As for the gym itself it needs work on the bathrooms. Too bad there's no chuze fitness here in the Midwest.. I would switch in a heartbeat.

I’ve been a member for over a year now and I love my gym. I am a PF Black Card member. I enjoy the hybrid massages a lot! Also, I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff <3 they’re always so kind and make me feel like I’m home.
