The facility is newer, always clean, and well maintained, which I truly appreciate. However, I had a concerning experience during my visit on Thursday, September 11, 2025, around 3 a.m. Each time I went into the locker room that morning whether to use the restroom, blow my nose, or take a shower the same staff member from the front desk entered the locker room shortly after me and remained there the entire time. This happened multiple times during my visit, and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It gave the impression that I was being watched or monitored for some unknown reason. I understand that staff may need to check the locker room periodically for safety or cleanliness, but the timing and frequency of these visits felt excessive and targeted. I would really appreciate some clarification on this was there a specific concern that prompted this behavior? Am I not allowed to use the showers after a workout? Again, I enjoy the gym and want to continue feeling comfortable and welcomed during my workouts.

I was very disappointed when I got here at 5am to get a work out in and no one was here and the website says they open at midnight on Friday mornings but look it’s 5:04 on a Friday morning and no one is here this is very unprofessional, get it together guys you just got here

It's my favorite place without a doubt, but it's really disappointing that they don't open for no reason. You arrive and it's just closed. What's the reason today, Friday, September 5th?

I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. It's much smaller than other ones I've been to nearby. Less machines and less variety of machines and no 30 minute circuit training. I'll go when short on time because I live so close but will definitely drive to go to a bigger Planet fitness for regular workouts. It is clean and new machines , everyone that goes there is all buisness and courteous .

I don’t know how Jasmine at planet fitness in Mattson questioning Me about me canceling my membership, jumping to conclusion stating because my daughter was not allowed in the massage area. That’s not why I canceled my membership and she should not have used that against me.

Never coming back here to tan. The front desk allowed me to go all the way back and get into the booth only to see that the bulbs weren't even working. When I got dressed and told them about it he says to me oh yea I was worried that might be a problem. When I asked to go in another bed he said you can't it won't allow you to, you have to wait 24 hours. If they know it's been a problem they should have the room unavailable until it's fixed. I pay monthly fees and this is what they provide. Crap tanning beds and crap customer service.

The staff members are super helpful and nice The location doesn’t have an infrared sauna, but two tanning beds?! I’m not sure how many people are tanning, but that equipment is always free to use. It would be nice to have 2 infrared saunas!

Fairly new location. Been here once. It's a little on the smaller side but has everything needed to get a good workout in. Pretty clean, brand spanking new equipment, low key and everyone sticks to themselves. That's how I like my workouts. Friendly staff. Seen my girl with the cute locs working at this location as well. I will be back several times.

Nice facility, but they have been closed during operating hours twice in two weeks. Once for front door lock issues where a locksmith was there on site trying to address. Today, was "maintenance" issues. Both times no one answers the phone to provide updates on status of reopening. This is inconvenient, concerning, and needs to be addressed by leadership. Is there a way to update operating hours on the app if you guys are experiencing issues? I look forward to your response.

Wifi extenders badly needed throughout the workout area. There is Wifi service, but it is inadequate, inconsistent and lacks stable connectivity. Beautiful facility and hopefully leadership will address this fixable problem.
