Amazing gym! Even at it's busiest, plenty of cardio and smith machines available. The staff are genuinely so kind and friendly. It's maintained very well and so clean. They make paper towels and cleaning solution easily available to wipe down the machines. I love it. I stumbled here after having a bad experience at LA Fitness in Naperville. For less than half the price and 10xs the cleanliness and friendly staff, this place beats all the other local gyms.

This Planet Fitness location is amazing. Great staff, including Stephanie, who was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns after returing to working out after having my daughter. Always equipment available, which was my biggest concern. Appreciate the cleanliness, too!

I come to the planet fitness in Plainfield 5-6 days a week. Every day I’m always welcomed by the workers and given some encouragement before work out. They are always easy going and taking care of the machines and keeping them up to date and cleaned and organized.

Place is great. Employees are friendly and courteous- however, since it’s been revamped to accommodate more strength training the spaces to stretch etc are almost nill. All the “regulars” I’ve approached about it agree that it’s more of a negative than a positive. Now this is for the 7am-10am crowd, which is the timeframe I’m typically there. Please bring back the stretching area on the E wall and open that back up.

I really enjoy coming to this Planet Fitness! The staff is always friendly, the gym is clean, and there’s plenty of equipment so I never feel like I’m waiting around. The environment is welcoming and judgment-free, which makes working out way more comfortable. I also like that they have affordable memberships and good hours, so I can fit in a workout no matter how busy my schedule gets. Definitely recommend this location!
