I love the atmosphere at the Wabash location. Camden, Charlotte, and Jazzy are very friendly and kind. There’s a few more I’m not sure of their names, but I’ve always feel welcomed and never discriminated against. It’s nice feeling safe with staff.

I've had the pleasure of training at this gym for over 10 years, and each year there are different people, but so far I haven't had any problems with anyone; they're very friendly. The gym is always clean and the people who work there are very friendly to me, so it's been a good experience.

Camden, Alondra, Cortavion, Ayden, Bonnie, Charlotte, Jazzy, and Darius, are some of the best staff members I have met at any gym ever, Bonnie the manager make sure everyone feels taken care of and her staff are very well trained. 2025 September Update:
Glad to say I still love this gym. They had the cardio and black card spa updated recently which is nice. The staff is still always nice, such as Jasmine, and all are always welcoming.

The staff is all very nice, they’re constantly cleaning, and the machines are all well maintained.
Edit: I just want to emphasize how hard the staff is working to maintain cleanliness here. It’s hard for me because I’m an early gym-goer, and their reduced hours means I can’t workout there in the morning. However, it’s so clear that they’re putting that closed time into good use for keeping everything sanitized. On top of that, they’re cleaning throughout the day. They keep hand sanitizer and cleaner available for us to wipe machines down before and after as well.
Even though this is clearly a very exhausting situation for everyone, the staff are all wearing their masks and keeping a positive attitude.
They have the machines all divide up so every other one is blocked off, and all the gym-goers are doing their part.
I hope they can continue to stay open.
