I couldn't imagine my pregnancy or postpartum journey without Prenatal Fit! Adina and the classes are so helpful and fun. The prenatal yoga classes helped prepare my mind and body for labor, truly invaluable. The Mommy&Me classes have been so great for my mental health, connecting with others and getting back in touch with fitness. It's a great community and I'm so grateful for Adina and her instructors!

1000% recommended for moms-to-be!
Prenat Fit made a huge difference in my pregnancy, unexpected C‑section, and recovery. The yoga, Pilates, and cardio classes kept me active right up to delivery and helped me bounce back faster afterward. Their Infant CPR course also gave my husband and me priceless peace of mind. As someone who works in healthcare, I learned so much here.
Huge kudos to Adina for creating a business that’s truly centered on the needs of women. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she provides to support women during such an important time in our lives.

If you're at any stage in your pregnancy journey, you REALLY need to consider this gym. I started classes at 5 weeks and it has been the one consistent pillar of my journey. When I'm having a rough day of being pregnant the classes bring me back to sense of self, strength, and joy. Adina, the owner of the gym has a true passion for what she does. She has a wealth of knowledge on birth, being a mom, and resources around the city she can connect you to. My favorite classes are barre and cardio weights on the weekends but you can't go wrong with any of the choices. It's also a great value if you sign up for 6 months or a year being they pause your membership once you give birth and until your cleared to come back. The gym is more than just a place to work out but a community and they offer fun events like a valentines couples yoga I went to as well as educational birthing classes, cpr, and support groups. I'm most looking forward to the mommy and me classes that I can bring my baby to, so I can get a chance to work out while getting my baby some socialization. I recommend EVERYONE try this gym and maybe like myself commit to a year, because you won't regret it.

Adina has built something special here. I got to attend her Barre class this morning and she made the movement so approachable, despite that it was my first time ever doing Barre. She learned everyone’s names and said them throughout class and remembered how far along everyone was in their pregnancy, postpartum, etc.
When you walk into the space, you’re immediately greeted with not only an energizing welcome, but also walls filled with smiling moms and their babies. I learned today how the community here is a family of moms where your photo is earned on the wall when you’re expecting and after giving birth. A “before and after” we can all look forward to. Genuine smiles here ☺️.
Adina and Prenatal Fit go beyond community though — they facilitate an entire ecosystem for moms everywhere in their journey. Adina is in charge of a Facebook group for nanny referrals, giving out community support at every milestone along our journey.
Adina embodies “it takes a village”. She is a mom of 3, continues to have a section in her studio for communal clothes for little ones (this has PTA mom written all over it in the best way.. ❤️). There’s another stand for books about pregnancy, being a healthy mom, and raising healthy little ones. Finally, there’s one of my favorite parts — she has a wall for women business owners to share their own businesses / holiday cards and it’s FULL. This is a small testament to the years of heart Adina has poured into the community.
I got a recommendation for Prenatal Fit (and Adina generally) by another studio owner (with the bar set high)… and this experience exceeded my expectations! As a woman business owner myself, I can tell she has built with the little things and big things in mind. 💪
Can’t wait to come back again soon!!

Hands down the best studio and community for pregnancy and postpartum! So unique to find a place where you can celebrate and nurture your body during all the phases of pregnancy, surrounded by fellow moms. Prenatal Fit kept me sane and fit through the journey and I gained so many dear friends along the way.

We’re so glad that a place like this exists! I’ve found a lot of comfort in their yoga and workout classes, they also offer prenatal massage which saved my back/shoulders, and classes that my husband and I really enjoyed - infant CPR, birthing, breastfeeding, and taking baby home courses. I love this studio! Adina and everyone there are super welcoming and made our pregnancy less stressful.

I cannot explain how happy I am to have found this studio towards the beginning of my pregnancy! Adina has cultivated such a wonderful community to support pregnant women. These classes have been so great for not only my physical health but my mental health as well! It has empowered me to not feel scared or nervous for birth, and I'm now aiming for having a natural birth (if the situation allows!). I am now 35 weeks and plan to come to classes as long as I can. I also love that there are mommy & me classes for post partum as well as mom groups. It has been so nice meeting other women and I feel so happy knowing there will be a support place for me to go as a new mom. Adina also offers baby prep classes outside of fitness to help you and your partner prepare for birth. My husband and I took the CPR course, and it was SOOOO helpful. We were really happy we signed up for it.

This has been a review I’ve need to write for so long! Adina and team were amazing during both my pregnancies. I learned just how strong prenatal mamas can be. This gym also introduced me to a community of other moms with babies around the same age as mine. That was so valuable during those first sleepless weeks. And as our babies grew older, we continued to be strong together with the cardio, strength training, and yoga…all with babies in tow. I can’t say enough good about this gym and neighborhood resource! And Adina gives amazing prenatal massages too!

Prenatal Fit was a highlight of my pregnancy! My favorites were prenatal yoga, yoga sculpt, and pilates - there's a good mix of high- and low-energy classes. I appreciated the flexibility of in-person and virtual classes. Adina keeps energy high in classes, and stays in touch (as much as you want) to keep students motivated. Lastly, going here gave me a sense of community with other moms-to-be.

I love all of the classes!! My favorites are the cardio fit, yoga and barre. The classes are fun, you feel challenged but safe because you know they are being led with pregnancy in mind. I did all of the breastfeeding basics, bringing home baby, and preparing for childbirth workshops. These were life changing. Adina makes sure to give you great gems during the actual workout classes but the workshops were fantastic at giving you as much information as possible to help you feel prepared. My husband really valued them, they gave him an idea of how to help me during labor and be an advocate when I needed him most. The breastfeeding basics gave him so many ideas on how to support me, he still does so many things from this class today 7 months later.
The best thing Adina has given me is a community and an amazing support system. She herself is my friend now, and she will personally text you to encourage you to come to classes or send pictures/answer questions. She encourages connections everywhere and provides a space for all. I have close friends now from prenatal fit. I am still going 7 months later and will be here for every pre/post baby experience moving forward!

I came to the studio when I was 3 month pregnant and kept coming back 4 times a week for the remaining months until delivery and then for a few more months after. Dear PrenatalFit owner and instructors, thank you so much for the last 15 months. You have made a significant impact on my pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. You all put a lot of energy, positiveness, and warmth into PrenatalFit and it comes through and makes this place very special. I also had two massages with Adina, the owner at PrenatalFit which helped enormously with the acute hip pain I was having during the pregnancy. I highly recommend PrenatalFit to anyone pregnant.

Informative, interactive birthing classes taught by experienced professionals - My spouse and I have done both the Rush birthing class and the birthing classes offered at prenatal fit and the ones at prenatal fit are much more interactive and customized. The class sizes are small so you can have all of your questions answered and get hands on experience and practice. Best of all it increased our confidence in the birthing process - my spouse in particular feels like this was the only class that really gave him an opportunity to understand what goes on during labor and delivery and what his role in that process was. I also do the fitness classes which have really improved my physical and mental wellbeing during the third trimester.
Update: After giving birth, the daily toll of postpartum life really requires moms to be in good shape! The fitness classes that I took for my third trimester have really helped with postpartum recovery and carrying our little one all over the house.

This place has brought me so much joy during and after my pregnancy! I used to attend the fitness and yoga classes while I was pregnant, which helped a lot with the aches and tension in my body. I went back as soon as I got my 6 week check-up and attended the Mommy & Me classes with my baby. There is a wide range of different classes from chilled out yoga to more sporty fitness/bootcamp, so there is definitely something for everyone. The Mommy & Me classes have been a brilliant form of stimulation for my baby and I have met some great Mom friends there too! The owner of the gym has a lot of knowledge about motherhood, fitness and the other teachers are amazing too. There are also specific workshops you can attend with external providers who are specialized in their field (lactation, pelvic recovery, etc). I will really miss this place once my Maternity Leave is over, but the good thing is there are classes every single day, so I will keep going on weekends!

This gym is a great place to go during your pregnancy and after! I went to Prenatal Fit when I was pregnant and did yoga throughout my second and third trimester. After baby arrived we did some yoga and the Mommy and Me carrier class. Being around folks who were in a similar situation brought me comfort and understanding about the changes occurring. All of the instructors are warm and thoughtful.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work you do at Prenatal Fit. I started coming to your studio at 4 weeks of my pregnancy to prepare my body and mind for labor. I was not a yoga person but you and your colleagues helped me get more comfortable with it, prepare for labor, and embrace all the changes I was going through . In addition there is a wonder community formed, felt comforting talking with other pregnant ladies or postpartum. On March 4 after 17 h of labor I gave birth to my daughter after just 1 hour of pushing, this was my first pregnancy so I believe attending prenatal yoga helped speeding up the process. I will definitely recommend your classes to my friends and take it in consideration in future. Thank you

I also love the virtual option - it provides a lot of flexibility and the same great instruction. Such fun classes!

PrenatalFit was my inspiration for prenatal workouts and now postnatal ones. Here you are surrounded by women that you relate to and work out with, women who have similar challenges and need fitness adjustments to accommodate changing bodies.

I so love this place! I’ve been to other gyms and honestly get super self conscious. Here, I feel at home. With tons of classes and times offered, not to mention the wealth of information in the women who are in various stages of pregnancy and post pregnancy, you really can’t go wrong! Highly recommend!

Fantastic. Not only did they carve out an appointment (induction massage) for me in the same day- that afternoon! - but it was the best prenatal massage I've ever received in all my pregnancies. Nairobi is a dream come true. Love this place and will be back for the post natal stuff. Would recommend to anyone.

I didn’t start going to prenatal fit until after I had my first baby. We took our very first mommy & me yoga when she was 6 weeks old. It was amazing! I love the community and meeting other mamas. My little one is 6 months old now & we love our weekly classes. The owner is great- I highly recommend this studio!

Couldn't say more about how delighted I am to be a member of this studio. Everyone makes you feel apart of the family and they are truly supportive in every stage you go through. Everyone should try this studio whether you are trying to get pregnant, are pregnant and post pregnancy. The classes are great workouts and the support system you have for your new journey is priceless!!! I look forward to going to every class not only to get a good sweat but to for uplifting conversations with other women going through what I am.

Prenatal Fit is the best fitness related establishment I've ever been to. I would not be the same person the past year and a half without Adina and all the Prenatal Fit staff and massage therapists. I've demoed just about all they have to offer. Prenatal and postnatal exercise classes, Prenatal CPR, Mommy & Me, massages by Adina and Tara(!!!!), workshops, and tons of yoga (prenatal, postpartum and mommy & me yoga). I've made great friends with staff and other attendees. They are all so supportive and it's just a wonderful welcoming feeling to go back each day. Can't say enough good things about Prenatal Fit!
