Went 2 years without regular exceeding to joining Pure Force crossfit. Very happy I did so. Good trainers and very happy with the owner, Dan. Dan is very committed to making sure you start low to and ensuring you have the proper form and gradually increasing weight.

Mixes up the WODs quite a bit to ensure you are working different muscles. And mixes up the music too.

Very happy with this box.

This place was great! I dropped in with a bunch of guys and they were great accomdating our big group! The facility was top notch, very cleans and organized. Workout was great. Would love to drop in again if in the area!

I had a wonderful experience here. Dan, Julie and Ryan are experienced coaches, knowledgeable, and invested in the success of their athletes. Dan was able to help me improve my lifts despite an annoying shoulder injury and by the end of my stay in Naperville I had gained almost 10lbs from his workouts! On top of everything else, the community is very supportive and the friendships you'll build will make it easy to keep coming back.

I had the opportunity to work with each of the coaches while I was in town for a short visit, I had never done cross fit before, everyone was knowledgeable and worked with me by modifying the workouts to my skill level. Loved it and will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Dan is one of the most knowledgable people I know when it comes to lifting technique, challenging workouts, and mobility enhancement movements. His workouts are fun and he is an excellent motivator. I have watched him take people with zero lifting experience and he transforms them into excellent lifters. His focus on safety and technique is second to none. The environment he creates is always fun and light. The people at the gym are all kind and helpful to all newcomers. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone if you are looking for a challenging workout. You will see results and Dan will help you accomplish your goals!

I started out in sports training with Dan and now have him as my crossfit coach. He has always motivated me to better myself and really focuses on each athletes unique abilities. I highly suggest training with him for anyone is just beginning crossfit.

Im new to crossfit and I was scared to try it but Dan has been so helpful, and encouraging. I've seen better results in the two months I've been here then at the gym. Everyday there is a different workout and it challenges you. Which is great!
