Absolutely love this studio! I take movement classes here and it’s the best! I really appreciate how diverse and welcoming this community is. Rachel is an absolute gem of a teacher and I also really enjoy taking classes with Emily and Sarah. The people who attend the classes are also great! I look forward to seeing them every time I come in. I couldn’t recommend it enough! ♥️

Rachel offers such a variety in yoga sessions and the space is so unique and beautiful. I booked a private yoga class for my friends and family to enjoy for my birthday and Rachel was very welcoming and create such a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone talked about the guided visual meditation she did for our session and for some it was their first time doing yoga and they love it! I also did her 6:00am Arise + Shine, great way to start your day! You also get to enjoy tea of your choice!

We planned a Yoga Party - Taylor Swift Theme for our daughter’s 9th birthday this past summer. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Rachel was very helpful at the beginning to help coordinate and plan the theme. She thoroughly explained the logistics and answered all of my questions along the way. The day of the party couldn’t have gone better. The venue is a unique space. All the girls loved it. The yoga session was held upstairs in the studio. Rachel crafted a playlist with our daughters favorite songs for their yoga session. The girls loved the class!! Then the kids came down for the party in the large event space. The space provided for a fun area for them to do crafts and dance all afternoon to Taylor Swift. It was such a relaxing place to host an event and Rachel really helped out by checking in and overall just being present and supportive as needed! Definitely a great idea for a birthday party and bonus to include a yoga class for the kids to participate!

My husband attends yoga regularly and I accompany him from time to time. Even though I'm not a regular member I am always greeted warmly and feel like an honorary part of whatever group is there. Rachel is amazing. Her passion for the business is evident. I'd recommend that anyone even slightly entertaining the idea of trying a class please do so. All abilities are welcome.

We had our wedding here early September and it was so perfect!

The space is stunning and definitely felt like the perfect place for our intimate wedding. We had around 40-45 guests.

From the start Rachel was super helpful and communicative. She walked us through all the options we had for table settings, chairs, decor, and the set up for ceremony and reception. We discussed the timing and agenda for the day to make sure it would all be on track.

Everything was communicated prior in regards to our invoice - the time for set up, event timing, and all our add ons. We had a final check a month out and that was helpful for me to work through any other add ons I wanted or minor detail changes. Knowing if I need to add something in the day of and take care of it made me feel better.

The details of the beautiful chairs, the vintage plates, cups, linens - gorgeous! It made the day feel even more special and unique and my guests kept raving about how beautiful it all was.

The day of the wedding everything went perfectly. Rachel and Carly did a great job flipping the room from ceremony to reception and cleanup from the reception to dancing.

If you’re looking for an intimate wedding or a small event, I highly recommend!

BEWARE & CAUTION: I just had my event there yesterday. Let me start by saying the venue is beautiful and absolutely enchanting. I never wrote a review in my life but feel as if I'm being taking advantage of rn and this is my only way to warn others. Rachel is dishonest, and her integrity is certainly questionable. After paying for my 4 hours rental prior to my event, which only includes 30 minutes to set up and take down. Knowing the amount of setup I had, she extended a "complimentary" hour for set up, in her words- since I will be in the building anyway cleaning up from after the art show. Our party ended at 4 pm, and we used about 45 to pack up. So i used 3 hrs in total, one that's included, one that's complimentary and one additional hour. Upon leaving I knew I owed ONE additional hour and for 6 decorative chairs($5 each) and the used of 2 table cloths ( $10 a piece- two were needed, due the amount of stains on them ) I purchased my own tablecloths and chair covers but one table cloth was too short, which is why I had used hers. As anyone who has thrown a party knows, after getting home, you're cleaning up, organizing, putting away & in my case, a uhaul return takes a while. I checked my email at around 11 pm. to find an invoice for an additional $322 for 2 extra hours, and she charged me for 3 tablecloths, one of which was mine left there accidentally. To make an already long story short. She lied, she ended up charged me for the "complimentary" hour she gave us to set up. Rachel also made my guests uncomfortable, she continued to come into the event in her short shorts pj outfit with hair a mess,( we had a tea party birthday- dresses, heels ect) she accusing us FIRST, of taking some treats that were left in a hallway that my guests didn't even access to, SECONDLY for taking clorox wipes from the bathroom she later found in the kitchen where she left them. I hope this helps someone make a better decision because I'm absolutely disgusted over this. And will not allow myself to be taken advantage of. IF CONSIDERING THIS VENUE- BE PREPARED TO COUNT ALL YOUR MINUTES TO THE SECOND BECAUSE RACHEL DEFINITELY WILL BE. MAKE SURE YOU DISCUSS YOUR INVOICE PRIOR TO LEAVING SO YOUR NOT HAVING TO DEAL WITH WHAT I'M DEALING WITH RIGHT NOW. And your very untrue response. The only reason why I used your stained tablecloths without asking you first was because your valuable time was being spent somewhere else. I had guests sitting on radiators and standing because you were nowhere to be found to ask for anything. So spending extra$ for onsite management was a complete joke. You could of been at the mall for all knew. You inconveniently appeared when you should not of but was no where when we needed you. Guests knocked on your door multiple times with no answer. Also, I paid you what you asked and what was agreed on in the time frame requested. We both have the receipts, Rachel. I sincerely hope that your building never closes or falls on hard times because customer service, honesty, communication, or professional appearance is not your strength. You should really humble yourself. Wishing you nothing but greatness in your future endeavors.

I’ve hosted a couple events here and will continue to do so! Rachel is an ANGEL of a human and has made hosting events such a delight every time. She is truly so understand and helpful-and has even offered to promote my business and events on her own website and social media pages. My fundraiser for my nonprofit business was a huge success thanks to rachel! We just hosted ArtScene together last weekend and it was so much more successful than i ever hoped for. I have booked 4 more workshops under my business at real beautiful you truly because i love the building, i love the people, and i hope to continue my relationship with rachel!

I absolutely LOVE this studio.

I started on the new student offer in the end of December and have been consistently coming since! It’s helped me a lot with slowing my mind down, taking time to focus on my intentions (often times my boundaries, mental health) and I always feel relaxed when leaving.

After class I feel a huge difference in my shoulders and neck being less tense. This has played a huge role in having less headaches which I’m prone to getting.

Rachel is always kind, communicative, welcoming, and helpful if something is too hard. All the instructors have been wonderful.

the addition of barre and mat pilates has been incredible! Now I’m able to focus on my strength goals here too.

I’m constantly telling my friends to come with me and we make a date day or evening of it. With it being downtown it’s so easy to grab coffee at RRC or grab something to eat after.

I have yet to check out some of the other services like nutrition, massage, facials, etc but love that it’s all in one place and that’s so convenient. Very intuitive to having so many wellness services offered.

If you’re debating on getting started…I recommend taking the leap! It’s been great being part of this community.

Absolutely beautiful! We had a family Christmas game night here in the space and it was perfect! Tables were set up so elegantly with candle light dinner and so much room for fun Christmas game activities! I was blown away by the preservation and beauty of this building. The space is incredibly welcoming and warm. I had services done by Julie, an esthetician with her own studio within the Emerson house. I cannot recommend her enough! I’ll definitely be back for more services with Julie and to try yoga in the main space!

RealBeautifulYou is a gem. I'm visiting from out of town and have recently had the pleasure of experiencing some of what this wonderful establishment has to offer. Massage therapist Kylie and aesthetician Julie are in my opinion the best. From careful attention to my specific needs and issues to the temperature of the heated table, I felt truly pampered.
I've also attended a yoga class led by Savannah that was both energizing and relaxing at the same time. It was the perfect ending to my day.

I've had the pleasure of going regularly to yoga classes at RealBeautifulYou with a variety of teachers and enjoyed what each has to offer and how they accommodate their students' needs and levels. The space is beautiful and calming. The main focus is not only learning and enjoying movement, but also emphasizing self care in a safe environment.
I've also had amazing massages with Kylie, who does not do the same routine each time and tailors my session to meet my need.
I recently had my first facial with Julie, the aesthetician, and that was a completely wonderful experience. She took the time to ask me about my skin care and experience before starting.
Lastly, I've gone to several workshops on a variety of topics and not only had fun, but learned more about myself as well as the topic offered.
I know there are more services provided, but these are the ones I can honestly comment on and my experiences have all been positive!

I went to RealBeautifulYou for yoga with Erin Sjostrom and can’t wait to go back. She has such a positive and calming energy that pairs perfectly with yoga. She really accommodates all skill levels and makes you feel very comfortable. The space is beautiful and I couldn’t stop looking around and taking it all in! I highly recommend.

Attended a chair yoga class and got a massage here so far. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing, and the staff are all very friendly! Massage I had was one of the best ever, and the yoga instructor was responsive to the needs of everyone in the room. I'll be back!
