I love the place and atmosphere at resurgence, i have never went to gym before this, i have tried Pilates but im into yoga since 8 years. My trainers at gym Julia and Denisse are wonderful people, they understand me and the best is never push me out of my limit but in such short time they have understood my body and they motivate me and encourage me to take one step at a time. I didn’t know that i will be able to lift weights but i’m and thats a new thing i have learned about myself. My love my batch all the ladies are wonderful and they all try to guide me as im new to the place and workout. The best part is everytime i go to class, im doing something new, and the machines that im using are amazing the target my trainers give me i like that as it motivates me to set things the same way in life. By far the best gym I have been to. Naturally, when you go to a new gym or place to workout you may feel out of place of uncomfortable. South Naperville Strength has the most friendly atmosphere and welcoming environment. The coaches very knowledgeable and helpful, they care about your form, that you are comfortable and getting the most out of your workout. The fellow members and coaches truly create a family atmosphere. I can't say enough good things about this gym. I'm so glad that I joined.

I've been training at SNS for 24 months, and it has been an incredible experience! The Jenn, Craig, Julia and the other coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about your progress. They focus on proper form and technique, ensuring that everyone, regardless of fitness level, feels confident and safe during workouts.

The community here is unmatched—everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and pushes each other to be their best. The workouts are varied, challenging, and always keep things interesting, which has really helped me stay motivated. I live the Saturday Pump sessions.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to CrossFit, SNS offers a great environment to achieve your fitness goals. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

I can never say enough good things about this gym. I have been a part of this community for almost 5 years now and I can’t see myself going anywhere else, ever. I walked in the door years ago as a tired mom with 2 tiny babies at home with ZERO experience working out and Craig and the team were so welcoming and helped in every way they could to get me to see and realize my potential. I have fallen off the wagon, left to have a third baby, came back, and fell off the wagon yet again and had one more baby, but I keep finding my way back to them. I’m still a tired mom with now 4 littles, but I’m a lot stronger than I used to be and being at this gym surrounded by these people every single week gives me life! My kids are growing up in that gym and now look forward to going and working out in CrossFit Kids with Coach Julia. I really do feel like finding this gym changed the trajectory of my family for the better.

Nearing 4 months and feel as excited to go to class now as on my first day. Awesome coaching staff. Love the great vibes, energy, workouts, and flexibility. My son (incoming 8th grader) joined me over summer and we both love working out here together.
Wasn't sure if I'll stick to this given my track record of being bored easily, but this place makes it easy to do so. So glad I found this gym.

Friendly and inviting atmosphere! Moved to Naperville a year ago and have been coming ever since. I went to a CrossFit gym prior to moving and thought it would be hard to find a similar gym. I was wrong. Craig, the owner, has a ton of passion and energy for the gym and members. This is true for all the coaches and trainers as well. The members are very welcoming, all looking to improve their fitness, regardless of where they are in their journey. The gym is ran very professionally, putting on great events. I'd highly encourage anyone looking to restart their fitness goals or take them to the next level to look at CrossFit Resurgence.

South Naperville CrossFit led by Coach Craig has it all! You would think it’s only for muscle bound 20 year olds but it is not! They can contour your workouts to any age or fitness level. I would suggest the 6 week beginners program with Coach B and Coach Glen. They will push you yes, but only so you can reach your goals. The eating plan was also worth adding so you have your own “eating coach” to keep you on track. They also have a 5 am class so you can get your workout in before work. Once you are released into general population Coach Colin takes over and continues to keep you motivated. They also show you the safest way to lift and if you cannot perform a certain exercise, they will give you a quick supplemental option to get the same result. Anyhow this is a great place to start your health and fitness journey as well as maintaining it. Good luck!

I have been a member for over a year and it has been the best decision I have made! Not only have I lost weight from the workouts and the nutrition program but I found (Get ready for the cheesy) my home away from home. This place is truly a family. My first day there I walked in clearly looking like a deer in headlights. It was a member who came up and immediately helped me no questions asked. From there I knew I found my spot. Exceptional, Postive vibe, Friendly and motivational cross Fit group . I joined CrossFit to strengthen my core and increase my endurance to run. But my body transformation and good habit are also changing optimistically. It’s three and half months, both foundation class for cross fit and actual cross fit is positively better than actual gym. You need this CrossFit class for fantastics coaches like Maggie, Rob,Ary, Craig and motivating partners. Always classes are full pack at evening, even though workout are harder but the way that coach carried out with positive vibes makes you an hour productive. I never miss this class unless I m physically tired. This CrossFit group is really something exceptional and friendly. Thanks Everyone.

Just finished my 6 week challenge! Lost 15 pounds and 8% body fat!!! I had never worked out and was always tired and sick of my clothes not fitting! Since starting the challenge my energy level is WAYYY up, my clothes fit much better, the nutrition guide was extremely helpful in teaching me the proper way to fuel my body and as an added bonus the core strengthening has helped my lower back pain immensely! Coaches and other members are fantastic! Highly recommend!!

I did the 6 week challenge. I haven't worked out in over 2 years. So doing the challenge made me challenge myself to get myself back into working out again. It was easy for ME and everyone is different. I worked out 3 times a week and followed the meal plan that was provided. In my 1st week I was already down 9 or 10 pounds. When I was finished with the program I lost 22lbs. My clothes were fitting better, I lost inches and I felt better overall. It's a program that actually works! The coaches are nice and will push you and encourage you. A special THANK YOU TO JAMIE. She was my accountability coach. Any questions I had she always had an answers. Thanks for everything!

I detested going to the gym until coming across this place. Everyone's right: the atmosphere is incredible and energizing. The coaches are great and the wholistic approach to nutrition and exercise really, really works (15 lbs. in 6 weeks prove it). I can now use this training to do the outdoor activities I love at a new level.

Give this team 10 stars. I lost 21 pounds during the 6 weeks. They were an awesome help with food selections and recipes. The workouts were a blast even when I was exhausted. Im a vet with some physical limitations from old injuries and the trainers were great with giving me modifications for exercises I had problems with. I look forward to continuing my workouts with the team here.

My intention to lose weight did not occur overnight, this noble intention was prevalent ever since my accident. But I kept putting it off, finding various excuses. I came across Cross Fit Resurgence six week challenge on Facebook and decided to take it up, it would be now or never.

I joined with apprehensions regarding the kind of rigorous regime that I would have to follow and wondered whether I would be sincere enough. To my delight I found my group to be very inspiring and fun loving. Craig and Lori, my coaches, were extremely motivating, the workouts planned and conducted in a very conducive and congenial manner. I actually looked forward to go there every session.

The vegetarian diet that I had to follow was amazing as it included proteins in an effective manner, something which would have otherwise been a challenge for a vegetarian like me.

Craig and Lori went all out to relieve me of the calf muscle cramps which I had developed towards the end of the session.

The entire experience was so awesome that I developed an inherent confidence of meeting my target and sure enough I lost 20.9 pounds and 3.6% body fat! I certainly wouldn’t have gained this victory without the encouragement and effort of my coaches, Craig and Lori. I am grateful to them for setting me on the path of good health, exercise and diet.

Once again, thanks a ton to Craig, Lori, Marie, Cheryl and Jen.

I got the pleasure of working out at Crossfit Resurgence during the Crossfit open workouts. Without even being a member I experience an amazing atmosphere where you immediately were welcomed in and treated like family. I have been attending Crossfit Resurgence for several weeks now, and my wife has been attending for several months. Craig and all the trainers at Crossfit Resurgence are top notch. They have incredible technical skill, which they use to ensure that all the students and athletes are performing all of the movements correctly. Their high level of skill also allows them to teach and modify exercises for each individuals needs.

The trainers and the other classmates are all a very good bunch of people to work out with. They are very encouraging, and help everyone to get the most out of every workout.
