I cannot recommend RISE enough. Katelyn is fantastic and really knows how to program a great workout. I am fairly confident with my home workouts but Katelyn pushed me comfortably to a new level I did not think was possible. She tailors the workouts to the people in the room and offers modifications as necessary. So many different levels of athlete in the room but all were pushing to their personal limit.

RISE is so much more than a fitness studio. The love and support within the RISE community is far greater than what can fit within just four walls. For 10 years now it's been my happy place. Where I've cultivated my mind, body and soul. It's helped me prioritize my health in even the most stressful times of life. I highly recommend RISE for you wherever you might be on your fitness journey. Experienced instructors can help modify movements based on your fitness level. RISE also offers personal coaching and challenges to help you make healthy living choices outside the fitness studio. Give RISE a try, I promise you'll love it!!!

I absolutely love working out at Rise. They offer numerous types of classes for every kind of fitness level. The instructors and classes are of the highest caliber and everyone couldn't be friendlier. I've been working out there for almost 4 years and love starting my day out at Rise. They also offer various challenges throughout the year which helps me keep on track while having fun doing it.
This studio is so much more than a workout studio, it's a community. I highly recommend Rise!! If you are considering working out at Rise - don't even hesitate. You will not regret it!

Love Rise! Such a supportive community and a fantastic workout regardless of your age or ability. Kaitlyn’s nurturing and positive style creates a welcoming atmosphere. I recommend starting with her barre class but all the instructors are wonderful and you can’t go wrong with any class. They will help you make the modifications necessary for your best workout.

Rise is THE BEST!!! The instructors are very knowledgeable and provide demonstrations and modifications for the various movements through each class. The music is always fun and flows well with the class. Rise offers several challenges throughout the year which focus on wellness over weight loss and community building! I have been attending classes since 2018!! I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in! Signing up on the MindBody app is a breeze!

Love the classes and the instructors at Rise! Group fitness keeps me motivated and going to workout. The Rise instructors also help modify the instructions in classes to meet everyone’s needs. Great class offerings from kettlebell to strength work to yoga flow. Can’t recommend them enough!

I've been strength training most of my life, so joining a studio like Rise was a bit of a departure for me. A year later, I couldn't be happier with my decision!
I've tried everything from yoga, to barre, to sound baths (yes, that's a thing), to 6-week challenges at Rise. Their classes add flexibility and cardio to my strength training.
My only ask would be for more night and lunch classes to fit my work schedule.
The instructors are well-trained, inclusive, and fun. Plus, their owner Katelyn is the best. Give Rise a try!

Rise has been a crucial part of my fitness journey during my entire motherhood experience- I started off during my second pregnancy and have since trained to get my body back, get pregnant again, workout through my third pregnancy, and now slowly getting back into a post partum rhythm!! I love the ability to choose between cycle, barre, boxing, strength training and other workouts. I look forward to the fitness and nutrition challenges that pop up throughout the year- these keep me on track and help me get back into a healthier routine. Most of all- I love the connections and friendships I have made by being part of such an inspiring and motivating community! The owner is a local mom who totally gets the pressures of juggling it ALL and still finding time for YOURSELF!

Whether it’s walking in the RISE doors or when I am out running and see fellow RISERs honking and cheering me on, RISE has a strong community presence. RISE is by far my favorite fitness studio I’ve ever been to (including many boutique fitness studios I’ve visited downtown Chicago and throughout the suburbs). The classes are different than anything you’ll find at other studios - each one is VERY different from the next and there are so many formats to choose from. Not only will you get THE BEST workout, but you’ll leave feeling motivated, empowered, and riding that endorphin high.
The owner, Katelyn, goes out of her way to get to know all the “Risers” on a personal level. Attend one class and you’ll be on a first-name basis with her. She is truly relationship-driven and puts her clients and her team first - which is so rare these days!
Grateful for the community that RISE has brought together - if you haven’t been to a class yet, I highly suggest booking one! Your mind, body, & soul will thank you!

I recently completed the RISE-olution Challenge, an 8-week wellness journey, the focus of which was making long-term healthy habits in fitness and nutrition. I was so impressed with the intricacy of the framework, but the ease in which the parameters fit into my daily life. The challenge was complex but also provided the flexibility to truly make it easy to follow-through. The RISE team was so welcoming and accessible, constant cheerleaders for everyone that walks through their doors (or opens a Zoom screen)! Indeed, they’ve done an excellent job in creating a wonderful and supportive community!
