Rise Performance Benton is a one stop shop for all your fitness needs. We have all the cardio, weight, and circuit equipment that you need. Along with tanning, dry sauna, an indoor walking track, Group Fitness Classes (all taught by certified instructors in our 1200 square foot aerobics room and another dedicated Spinning room), showers and lockers in the bathrooms. Free child care for all members while you work out/tan! We also offer a full line of supplements and tanning lotions for purchase at the pro shop. Rise Performance Benton is the cure for the common gym!

Not bad, they have a table at the front People can sit and eat at and they also have a play room for the little ones. I dunno or just there for a day. They have towels too I think for cleaning the workout machine after you use it. And I think they have a little room for something in there, it's really pretty, I've seen it though a window, I might be wrong and this room could be from somewhere else, enjoy stark.

All new/newer equipment. The staff are friendly and helpful. This gym has all the cardio equipment you could imagine. There's side rooms for yoga, stretching, and multipurpose use. The bathrooms are clean and complete with showers. The locker space is open and close to the help desk. If you're not the type to leave your belongings alone, the gym is spacious enough for you to carry your bag around with you. Love this fitness center.

I have not been there yet, but have discusses plans and costs with one of the employees. They was very fast with getting back to my message and was very helpful and friendly despite my many questions. Ill give it and more accurate rating once we get established with a plan and routine

The best gym around . Great staff to help you in any area that you need.. Many workout Machines to get you physically fit. Weight lifting and instructors for body toning .
