This place is not ADA accessible. There is no space between equipment to easily transfer from wheelchair to weight machines as required. The pool does have a transfer chair, it’s jammed in a corner covered by 3 in of dust. The shower room has no mating on the floor and is dirty. To get to the walking/running track you have to climb two dozen stairs to get to the second floor, no elevator. Doorways with double doors and narrow opening’s ,only one has automatic opening. The staff is some of the rudest people ever employed. The 93000 thousand dollar director has her 60000 thousand dollars son working as floor manager in the past year he has been caught sleeping in the storeroom, foul language and rudeness with staff and members. The parking is the worst, they reconfigured the parking lot and the club lost 17 spaces to a village employee lot that no one parks in. Definitely pass on this place

I absolutely love Rosemont Fitness—the facilities are always clean, and the variety of equipment is fantastic. However, during my visit today, I encountered a situation that made me and others around me very uncomfortable. A woman, who appeared to be a bodybuilder or influencer, was wearing extremely revealing clothing—shorts that resembled underwear and left little to the imagination. She also set up a tripod and spent the entire time using one of the Smith machines solely to take provocative photos and videos, with other gym-goers clearly visible in the background.

I truly hope this type of behavior isn’t encouraged or tolerated at Rosemont. The gym should remain a respectful and inclusive space for everyone, and conduct like this detracts from that experience. I’d appreciate it if management could reinforce guidelines to ensure the environment stays focused on fitness and remains comfortable for all members.

Cathy is super rude and unprofessional. The hot tub is broken all the time, and the showers are dirty. When you try to cancel your membership, she doesn’t answer the calls, and then they make you pay for an extra month. Skip this place.

Fantastic place and extremely helpful staff. I was traveling and had a long layover at O’Hare. Hilton gym got shut down for travelers and day passes. So this was nearby and took the Uber here. I am glad I did. 5 stars !!

I been going for over 4 years. I never had any of the staff actually try to interact with me. Or allow any special or nice treatment. I made simple request to practice volleying with my tennis racket. On the in-close racquetball court. That rarely get use. The only reason they can give me is they refuse to allow a tennis racket use on the court. I will not spend my money here anymore.

This is it! The club I have been looking for. The club that has everything. The largest indoor track, pickleball, pool, hot whirlpool, sauna and steamroom. The cleanest locker rooms and showers I've seen at a club. Huge selection of top of the line machines. Basketball and racquetball courts. Beauty salon, daycare, Cafe with great smoothies. Really has at all. Very welcoming and friendly staff who treat you as part of the family. Towel service, equipment wipes all over, Kleenex boxes right where you need them... Even near the track. So many nice little touches that make this club the best. Plenty of more private areas for women to do their stretching and floor exercises. Easy to find parking. BEST FOR LAST... the best selection of exercise classes and they have plenty on the weeknights and weekend.. Special kudos to Victor the instructor at the 7:35 pm Monday Best of CX ab class. He is amazing! I love this class and it fits perfect in my after work schedule. I look forward to coming to this club!

This place is the best gym i've ever gone to. It is a large site with almost every equipment you would ever need. A tennis court, basketball court, yoga room, cycle area, the pool and still more to list. Employees are friendly and are always walking around if needed. I never had to wait for a machine. The entire gym was clean and locker area is spacious. Whenever i go it almost always feels empty even though others are there. They have a massage spa, fruit smoothie shop, chiropractor company, and hair saloon inside the building as well. It is a bit pricey compared to la fitness or xsport for almost the same things. Your paying more for the availability and cleanliness of the machines and the exclusivity feel to it.
