The owner (Matt) has created something very special about this gym. For any health enthusiasts and gym-goers that are currently locked-in by the dreads of commercialized gyms and need a motivational change - join this place immediately.

Here’s why:

First, this gym is a true blueprint of a small business that prides itself in honesty and most importantly customer service. Matt aside from being the owner, is the customer service rep, janitor, fixer, and the trainer. He runs this gym with immense amount passion for fitness along with a positive attitude. These two qualities goes a long way and definitely resonates throughout the gym.

Second, my initial impression was the vibe at Royalty Health and Fitness which is no nonsense, do the work and save the excuses environment. From the top quality squat racks to the vast amount of workout machines, this gym will net you results. It’s a playground for weight lifters.

I consider myself a leisurely lifter that owe a lot to this gym. This place has really helped keep my mental fitness in check and regulated my stress where I consider it to be a place of peace. The members that i came across all seemed to share the same focus and determination to achieve their physique and health goals. Also, if you really want to be serious about your health/physique goals, there are trainers there that are extremely knowledgeable and hardcore. Again, no nonsense get your workout in and be your best type of environment. Thanks again!!

I would definitely recommend this facility. I live out of state but have known the owner for several years. I recently had the chance to visit the gym on a guest pass when I was in town. It's a great place. Very clean, lots of equipment, and fantastic music!! If I lived closer, I would absolutely sign up to become a member. The 24/7 access makes it even more attractive because of people's varying work schedules. Very professional owner of an awesome business!

They are not 24 hrs as advertised. They require an appointment (which means no 24/7 access)if you feel like a 3am can’t sleep workout. I personally am not comfortable having to ask a strange man I don’t know if I can go work out. Yea I understand they can see when One would work out but seeing after the fact is way more comfortable than a stranger knowing where I am going to be later that evening. The hours of business are inconsistent from what is on their door. They also mimic a corporate gyms policies which is not what I was looking for hence not joining a corporate gym to begin with. There was also a lot of back and fourth on the phone.
