Ron is a wonderful trainer! The workouts are challenging, always different and fun. I started working with Ron when I was 6 months pregnant and he was great at offering modifications which still allowed me to push myself. He is reasonable and flexible when it comes to adjusting schedules if needed and as a mom of 3 young kids, that is super helpful.

Ron’s great! Each day is different so you don’t know what to expect and he’s willing to customize a workout if you want to focus on something specific. He’s encouraging and he respects when you need to rest or take a break, but he will always push you to get the most out of your session. I’ve got some wrist and leg issues and he continuously checks in to ensure that I’m okay and modifies the move if necessary. He's honest, flexible, and professional. Definitely would recommend!

Ron was my personal trainer for a little over a year. Prior to working out with Ron, I was ignorant on what it takes for someone to not only have a healthy diet, but more importantly, a healthy lifestyle. In addition, I was unaware of how just important it was to incorporate lifting weights in your workouts. I was that girl whose mindset was, “cardio is key in order to lose weight.” I didn’t know what it meant to be fit.
It wasn’t until Ron became my personal trainer when I gained the knowledge I have today on what it really takes to get into shape. During my time with Ron is when I was in the best shape of my life and truly saw my body transform. For me, the impossible honestly became possible. Ron pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of, however, never pushed me too far. He was always so understanding and patient and never forced me to work at a pace that I was uncomfortable at. My endurance increased tremendously and I consistently saw progress on my weight lifting. Every week, Ron would either have me increase the weights, increase my sets and/or do super sets. We would always focus on a different muscle group every week and he constantly changed up my workouts so my body never got used to the same thing. As I mentioned above, the transformation and muscle growth I saw my body have while having a more positive mindset and lifestyle was all thanks to Ron. If you are thinking or considering having Ron as your personal trainer, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Ron is wonderful! I've been working out for about a year with him, and I have doubled the weight limit I'm able to use. He also is wonderful at knowing my limits and working with any previous injuries I have. I was in physical therapy for a shoulder injury and he adjusted every single workout as well as when I've had a long day at work, he understands the need to work with my energy level. He is even flexible about doing virtual if I need to stay at home for childcare reasons. I highly recommend Ron!!

I've been going to Ron for about a year, and I definitely feel stronger and more toned. He's taken the time to talk to me about nutrition, and gave me some materials about foods that are good, and some that aren't.
He was recommended by my daughter, who also still goes to him as well.
It's never the same workout twice. He varies it, which not only keeps it interesting but keeps me from beating up the same muscle groups.
He keeps talking, which distracts me from the work, and it keeps me relaxed throughout. He's incredibly personable. He has customers who are both older and younger than me, so clearly he can tailor his approach to different people's needs.

I've known Ron for 6+ years now and he is the real deal. He is a great trainer that not only pushes you out of your comfort zone, but gets to know you and your personality. Only after a few workouts with him, you will realize that he is the trainer you need to reach your goals. If I had to describe Ron’s approach to training with one word, I would use the word "smart." Ron’s approach to training is very creative and draws on his incredible knowledge base of different exercises and techniques. In our first few sessions, Ron observed me and assessed my condition, so he knew my physical limits as well as the areas where I was in better shape. His workouts are calibrated to bring your body along on a journey to better fitness. I particularly liked how Ron made sure I avoid over doing it and risking injury. He was also helpful regarding advice on daily nutrition. Being in better health is ultimately a personal choice requiring an individual's commitment. An expert like Ron helps you get the best return after you have made that commitment. I highly recommend using him as a personal trainer.

I've been training with Ron for a couple of years now; first through the gym I was at and later directly with him. I was very unfit and scared to start working out. After many years of a sedentary lifestyle, my lack of fitness was starting to impact the time I would spend with my kids. Ron has worked with me, both initially as well as throughout the process, to tailor workouts that pushed me but didn't leave me feeling defeated and unwilling to continue. At times he has really made me hate him by pushing me beyond what I think my limits are! Though in reality this has only continued to benefit me by making me realize many of the limits I place on myself are mental only and that my body is capable of doing more. At times my wife has joined me in my training sessions and Ron has been great at altering the workout to accommodate. My wife has since joined on to his Saturday boot camps. Ron is patient but also witty, which keeps the workouts interesting. I'm glad Ron and I crossed paths - he has made a noticeable difference in my life.

I have worked with Ron many times over the years. He is wonderful with his clients, and really listens to your concerns. He is committed and honest. He really makes it clear that he is going to do everything he can to help you achieve your workout goals. One of the things I find most important, other than his commitment to his clients, is the fact that Ron adapts to changes in your workout goals and changes in your life. For me, I had different workout priorities while I was still in college, after graduation, and starting as a registered nurse. Ron was able to tailor his workouts and diet recommendations based on my priorities, and that shows just how much he listens and just how much he wants you to succeed. He really puts his clients first and I cannot stress enough how important that is to me. I highly recommend Ron to anyone that has been having a hard time achieving their fitness goals, because Ron will make them happen! When I work out I don’t want to think about what I am doing. With Ron, working out is not a struggle, but an awesome experience. I like that the sessions are all different, and most of the routines we do involve upper and lower body. Cardio is also sneaked in with the routines that we do too. Also, he can advise on the type of diet you should eat. Today was the best day ever! Ron also is a good listener and he makes me laugh.

I need someone to keep me motivated in working out. I have been training with Ron for almost 2 years. Being over 65, I want to stay limber and keep the bones strong. I started working with Ron about a year and a half ago, and I haven't done the same workout twice. Exercises might repeat, but always with a little twist. He utilizes a variety of equipment, including free weights, weight machines, stretchy bands, medicine balls, ropes, TRX bands, and (weather permitting) an evil weighted cart thing in the parking lot. My work schedule is constantly changing, so it's convenient working with someone who is so flexible. I've had hamstring issues off and on, so he's good about working in exercises targeted to that. He's also been excellent about wearing a mask and sanitizing equipment immediately after my workouts. Bonus points for a great sense of humor.

I’ve been training with Ron for a few years now and he’s really helped me get into shape, increasing my endurance and stamina. He knows how to push you to your limits, and past them to help you grow, all while taking any health concerns into account. He doesn’t rush you through your exercises, and is patient if you need to rest between sets. All of Ron’s workouts are great, and will make you sweat, even when they aren’t super intense. Expect to push the envelope each session. If you’re looking for a trainer, Ron’s your guy, for whatever your needs may be.

I have been in the fitness industry since 2004 and can truly say that personal trainers and health coaches like Ron are hard to find. He is SO personable and truly cares about his clients. Not only is he able to create a program that is very individualized to your specific needs, he really makes it fun. Each day is different and keeps things from ever becoming stagnant. The best part is, his program works. It’s proven to keep my body during my pregnancy very healthy and strong and has kept my weight gain at a very healthy level. I was so scared that getting pregnant would mean huge weight gain that I would be working 2x as hard to get off later. He’s shown me you can maintain a healthy balance of eating, training and some indulging without the crazy weight gain. The most important part is that baby and I stay healthy throughout and I’m so grateful!! He pushes without being pushy, assists without being condescending and encourages without being over the top or fake. Ron is an amazing coach!

I started seeing Ron almost 2 months ago after my normal gym routine at work was disrupted by the quarantine shutdown. Within just a few weeks I noticed some pretty significant changes and have already surpassed my previous levels that I had struggled months on my own to get before seeing Ron.
His approach is for sure catered to meet the needs of each client individually. He knows exactly the right amount to push you to get the results you want to see without pushing you past your breaking point; unless that's what you're after. He is very good at meeting you where you're at and then guiding you to where you want to be in the fast route possible. Having Ron there to guide you makes it seem almost effortless, aside from effort you put in during the workouts of course.
The wide variety of workouts he employs in the routines he has you do, not only gets the job done but keeps things from getting mundane or dull. He has also been very flexible in scheduling and has no issues moving appointments when conflicts arose with my work schedule.
Ron is worth every penny and then some. I recommend finding a way to work with him no matter what it takes.

I've been seeing Ron for a little over a year now - I moved to Illinois in early 2019 from a previous job unloading trucks in retail full-time and hitting the gym alone on my off days, but unfortunately, it took only a few months for me to lose everything I'd gained from my 'unofficial' fitness routine (especially after quarantine hit).

Ron has helped me make leaps and bounds in my personal fitness progress since deciding to get back on track. The difference between schlupping through a haphazard workout on your own and having a scheduled, dedicated trainer who knows how to push you to your limit without the consequences of going too far and hurting yourself has made a world of change. He's smart about it, incredibly creative with his workouts (I rarely do the same routine twice), and his personalized meal plans are a great bonus - hands down, Ron is the best trainer I've ever had. His schedule is also very flexible, and he's more than willing to work out sudden changes to your work schedule or moving appointments up or down if something comes up.

Plus he's funny, but I don't recommend laughing when you're trying to wheeze your way to victory.

I always leave our sessions with a feeling of accomplishment and an inability to shampoo my hair the next day because lifting my arms is out of the question.

11/10, SEE HIM!
