Our son just decided to try martial arts and this place has been great. Dedicated husband and wife run dojo. All different types of kids and teens at various levels. Really affordable. Our son has enjoyed his initial lessons!

This is an AWESOME Taewkondo School that shows tough love. My son told me that he love the fact that they correct your every move if it's wrong! They help you work on your weak skills, while also enhancing your strong skills! It's a great discipline for any child to have!
All of the MASTERS genuinely care for the kids and are more than willing to assist with any questions! They add extra days to properly prepare for tournaments!

I first attended Salisipan martial arts from February of 2021 to September of 2021. I was 16 years old when I started and was looking for a place to get a introduction to marital arts. I found Salisipan martial arts on google maps. The coaches were top notch, and the practice schedule was very easy to work with. At one point I entered into a AAU taekwondo tournament and won 1st place in my bracket because of the top notch coaches at Salisipan Martial Arts Academy. I would highly recommend Salisipan Martial Arts academy for anyone interested in Taekwondo or any other martial art.

My children have been coming here since April 2021. All I can say is - I’m grateful we found the Salisipan family. It’s amazing to see how much they love what they do, as a family unit. I’ve watched my children grow here, not only in strength but in determination. We already have a 2nd place winner in sparring - he’s got amazing teachers! Who love what they do and it shows!

Master Mark and his family welcomed my 2 sons immediately and made them feel included. He’s strict, but also jokes around with the kids at times. Boys have learned so much already and is always excited to go to Taekwondo class.

Great atmosphere along with clear and thorough instruction. Mark and his team(family) creates a great challenging and encouraging environment. They understood my physical challenges/limitations and worked on modifications that still equaled success and belt promotion. They made learning forms easy and cardio endurance improvement efficient and at your own pace. Everyday we train is a great and challenging experience. Each day is different. Definitely recommend anyone from any age group to train with them. They will definitely modify based your needs and limitations. They encourage competition and continued growth if that is your desire. Repetition is muscle memory, everything you learn serves as a purpose.

I live in the neighborhood so I would often drive by and look through the window at the classes going on. After while, I decided to call and then I was invited for a tour by Mark. I initially wanted to sign my daughter up just to gain some strength, techniques and most importantly confidence and before I knew I was right there by her side. Mark suggested we do it together and it was the best decision ever! We gain overall confidence as a family unit and it is a great way for us to bond. Classes are affordable and you also get a sense of the culture, Mark doesn't just teach kicks! There is a story behind every movement and that truly helps me grow as students knowing the why in it all. It shows me the importance of keeping a ready stance, blocking; etc. This school is truly a hidden gem, Marks passion for teaching is what keeps my attention as students.

We brought our sons here starting September 2020, Mark the owner came off wonderful and we were very happy the first two months. He started to get an unprofessional attitude as time went on and he tried to screw us. All I can say is we were too trusting and I highly recommend, if you bring your children here to make sure you get your receipts! I would not waste your time here and I would definitely go somewhere else! If I could give zero stars I would.
