My 7-year-old son is currently enrolled in tennis lessons here, attending the 5 to 6 PM batch. However, I am quite disappointed with the way the sessions are being managed. A significant portion of the session, particularly the last 15 minutes, is being wasted on tasks such as cleaning up the court, and the coach has the children engage in a basic tap game rather than more productive practice.

When we raised this concern with the front desk, the response we received was extremely unprofessional. The lady rudely informed my husband that they have another session starting promptly at 6 PM, and thus require the kids to clean up early. This is unacceptable, considering we are paying $30 per session, yet losing 15 minutes of valuable playing time.

There should be a proper structure and planning in place, allowing at least a 30-minute gap between sessions to ensure that each child gets their full hour of instruction and play. I expected better organization and customer service, and this experience has left me thoroughly disappointed.

Great facility. Been a member for just over a year. Very clean and never crowded. Very good prices for what you get. Great place for racquetball and tennis. More free weights that you’ll need. Locker rooms are clean, but can use an update.

Lady at the front desk is terrible at customer service. Her name is Kim, and she turned a miscommunication issue into a, "I know better than you" situation. Instead of trying to explain why a discounted rate wouldn't apply, she was dismissive until I asked for her name and manager. After speaking with the manager, we came to an understanding of why the discounted rate can not be applied. She was much more pleasant, although was clearly frustrated as well at the beginning of the conversation. I just went for a quick workout and did not intend to get argumentative with this lady, but she was not nice at all. What a waste of time. If you are a BCBS member or silver sneakers member, get ready for an argument and a lot of frustration if you're dealing with Kim at the front desk. You would think this is the East Bank Club or some private fancy club by the way she was treating me.

Spacious areas for the tennis courts as well as the cardio/free weights section. The Male bathroom was nice and I didn't see the pool or the jacuzzi.
This place holds a special place in my heart as well; working out with Dad on vacation I realized this is the same building my brother and I played the "Final Trench Run" down the walkway between the tennis courts as kids with our Star Wars toys in the late 70's (yes, I am that young-at-heart). Glad to see the gym is still relevant and useable in this day and age.

My little nine-year-old and his mentor come in there all the time to play basketball and today we were told that they’re not allowed to play in there anymore because they feel like his mentor is coaching him but all he’s doing is working out with him I feel like we were racially profile the lady in there was yelling at us and she told us we were not allowed back I am a Schaumburg resident I don’t understand why my son to his mentor are not allowed to play basketball during open gym when we paid for it just like everyone else...
