Amazing yoga studio. I have tried the standard class and the yoga sculpt class and enjoyed both.

I am so happy I found this studio. I can enjoy the perfect mix of a challenging and fun Pilates session followed by a restorative yoga session. Add in Wine Down Wednesday and kid’s yoga for my littles? I’m thrilled to have found this gem!

I have become obsessed with yoga thanks to Seabright Yoga and Simonne!! I was a newbie to yoga and she put me right at ease and helped me if I needed it. It’s great just to shut down your mind and brain for a just a little while. Also try out the Meditation with Laura! She is amazing!!

Simonne has a way of putting you at ease immediately. For someone that is not a yoga fanatic the restorative class is absolutely THE class for me. And to top it off the studio space is so welcoming and relaxing. You need to come check out the newest yoga studio in town for yourself!

Hot and new.....but no hot yoga Ha!
Brand, BRAND new yoga and Pilates studio in Maryville. Clean and very
welcoming to beginners, intermediates, advanced, and KIDS! This is the first studio I have been to that offers kids yoga classes. With all the sports and activities they do, it makes total sense!
Check out their website to catch a grand opening offer, the class schedule and regular rates.

Of note: I was toooootally eavesdropping on owner Simone talking with open house attendees and heard her talking about the importance of investment in community. She's The Real Deal! On Friday mornings, she offers a pay-what-you-are-able session open to all. Monies paid will be donated to a local cause or organization.
I highly recommend you check out this studio. I have been lobbying hard for doggie-yoga with adoptable pups, so if you want to mention it too :-X
