The class was incredible and the instructor was amazing. The instructor was friendly, professional and relatable making me feel very comfortable in her yoga class. I really enjoyed her style and the flow of her gentle yoga class which is what I needed especially during this time.

Shine Yoga Studio has helped me more than I can say. The staff is absolutely the best and makes sure that everyone is welcomed and comfortable. They have helped me manage my anxiety and quit smoking along with boosting my self esteem. I would recommend this place to everyone who is interested in yoga. You ladies are the BEST!!!!
