The gym itself is clean and easy to access. The problem lies with the payment. When I first signed up they charged me $90 twice. This double charge made my rent check bounce and earned me fees and then took 5 days to receive back. Then when I went to cancel the first person informed me I needed to give 3 days notice. The second person who contacted me then said it was 30 days notice. That is ridiculous. My landlord only requires 15 days notice. It's a gym membership not a lease.

It is a horrible experience... The staff is not professional they deal with the gym as if it is a house not business .. I rejected a friend of theirs, they started allowing the girls' friends to get in the gym without subscriptions to stalk me and send me bait girls at the gym.... BECAUSE I AM BLACK I CANT SAY NO... this is retarded! they did that may be because i am black i dont have the right to reject .. the gym is not clean, so if you have allergies dont go there.. Every day i worked out their and stayed more than 2 hours, i need to take my allegy medicine! They dont answer the phone a lot of times.. There is shortage in very basic equipments, so in order to do chest press or/and Squats and/or Shoulder press, a lot of times you need to wait for an hour to work out (frustrating especially when you come back from work after a business day) ..after all that , they cahrge you extra 20$ for ten days late payment..BS

Good place to work out. Love that it's 24/7 but they never have staff there and I've been trying to pay my bill for a month now and can't get in to do it. Need to work on that. Loosing customers like this.
