We have been taking our 10 year old travel team here for about 2 months now and the results as a group have been excellent. They are really understanding how to generate speed, change direction and explode from a dead stop or direction change. I'm really glad we started this for them.

My kids (11 and 13 years of age) just finished their first week of Speed, Agility, and Strength Camp at Sportspace in Chicago Ridge. So far, this camp exceeds my expectations. This camp evaluates the kids to get a baseline to judge how they improved. Parents get reports. It’s way better than the typical high school host money grab. Also, the facilities are brand new and stellar. The kids love it too. They get a kick how the staff all knew their names after the first 20 minutes on the first day.
