The gym is always so clean, everyone there is nice including the workers. All of the workers will have a genuine conversation with me. It’s a very welcoming environment as well. Plus the personal training is fantastic and I’ve never felt better!!!

Been a member at Cary StayFit24 for 5 yrs. I like the staff and the members. Equipment is basic: one of each type of cable operated weight machines, one barbell and one half-rack, dumbbell weights to 75 lbs; 6 treadmills, 4 ellipticals, 4 bikes, 1 rower.
2021: This gym is super clean (checked corners and moldings). Blaine is mgr for over a year and he runs the place very well. They have a posted mask policy.

Quick review about my gym, they have great prices and the staff is friendly and helpful. Sat down with the trainer and discussed my goals/concerns, he helped me set up a plan, and in 6 months I was able to lose 32 pounds, I feel great about myself and more confident being in the gym. Even when covid hit, the trainer gave me some good tips and workouts to do from home to keep me on track with my goals. I’m so excited the gym is back open and I can hit it harder then ever.

Its too easy to write a good review about stayfit in cary. I've been going there for awhile now before and after covid and its remained clean, organized, and plenty of equipment and options to do various workouts. The staff is clearly passionate about health and fitness. Not to mention educated, their willing to sit and chat about all things fitness. A friend of mine has been training with the manager whose also the personal trainer for quite some time and loves it. she is definitely showing me up with the progress she is getting in half the time.

When I joined, Jeremy pressed me to do personal training. When I declined - He never spoke to me or acknowledged me again. The muscle heads that hang out there are combative and disrespectful.
We put our bags on the bench and TWICE when we left our stuff was pushed onto the floor. My husband has been approached twice by rude customers looking to start something.
Would not recommend to anyone.

I came into town for a visit with my best friend, who is a member at Stay Fit. Jeremy tailored a workout for us together, and it was tough AND fantastic! I appreciate his flexibility in accommodating me as I tagged along with my friend. Great workout!!

Stayfit24 has everything you need and is so much less expensive than the other gyms. The 24 hour access is great! The manager Jeremy keeps the gym spotless and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend the personal training sessions with him.

Awesome gym. Great customer service and it’s always clean. The manager is amazing and always is ready to help people. I see him running around teaching members new things all the time. Has all that I need and nothing extra and the price is great too. Keep up the good work!

I've been going here for over a year now. I look forward each day to going in. I would highly recommend working with Jeremy. He knows what he is talking about and isn't arrogant or thinks he knows more than the next guy. He will work with your routine/system you have and give subtle suggestions to help you improve. If you don't have a system I've seen him help others make one and get into shape. This isn't your typical gym; it's a safe place to do what you need to do to get into shape and stay healthy.
