About the Club

As a fitness coach and a strength & conditioning coach, I aim to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. Realizing that every client or athlete is different with unique backgrounds and training history, I treat all my clients and athletes with an individualized point of view.
I find the greatest joy in helping hardworking mom and dads develop fitness levels that make their daily activities much easier just as much as helping athletes achieve the next athletic goals in their endeavors.
My primary goal is to help you feel better than when I first met you in all that you do.

Strength place is a wonderful place to train. David trains both of my boys who are baseball players and myself. He pushes us on a daily basis to achieve results that we would otherwise never achieved without him.

This gym is just what I needed! 24 hours, plenty of equipment, clean and the perfect atmosphere. Many gyms state that they’re 24 hours, but they’re not so this gym is perfect for working people. David is very informative and professional. I would definitely recommend this gym

I recently went to Strength place for a workout and I fell in love with not only the atmosphere of the gym but the equipment as well. Whether you're into cardio, strength training, or functional fitness. Strength place has everything you need. The facility was also clean and very well maintained. I highly recommend Strength Place. David is an amazing trainer and knows how/when to push you to be your best. By far the BEST trainer I’ve ever worked with. The gym is super clean and I love that they are open 24/7 so you can go when it’s convenient for you.

Strength place could be considered a genuine lifters gym. The equipment is well thought out and the atmosphere is exciting. While it's nestled in thornton and relatively unknown I would get in on the ground level now not only because it will only go up but also because of the ownership. David has a decade of experience in the fitness industry as a trainer and coach, and is as knowledgeable regarding his craft as he is competitive and curious to learn more. A lifetime athlete himself, you can tell he strives to keep that atmosphere in the gym while also welcoming anybody that is interested in improving themselves at any level of athleticism.

As a member of this gym I am always greeted with a welcoming hello. The gym is always clean and provides a variety of options when it comes to equipment. The personal training sessions have provide support and instruction to become stronger. The encouragement and support always makes me want to push through tough workouts. This training facility is awesome, the equipment is great. Some of the equipment in here you won't find in your typical commercial gym.

As far as David himself, I've known him for some time and he's a man of his word and knows his profession very well. I would highly reccomend this training facility as well as his service(s).

I was trained by one of the personal trainers there (David) and he’s patient and tailors your workouts to your goals and adjusts according to your progress or capabilities. The personal trainer I have has been amazing this past year that Ive known him (David). He listens to me when Im informing him of any changes or pains I may have or is occurring and He adjust what we are doing. Which is great because He listens to me and ask questions, How do I feel, where is the pain, when did the pain start, etc. But to summarize my thought. I would not change my trainer he is innovative, caring, a great listener and great teacher. Thanks Again David.

I used to believe that aerobics, kickboxing classes and walking was the only way to get in shape and stay fit. I swore that I would never workout with a personal trainer. However, I wanted to make changes to my appearance and decided to go against my preconceive notion and invest in one. For the last 4 years, I’ve been strength training with a great personal trainer, David Dadzie. He pushes me hard and I was so surprised of the benefits that strength training has for women. I’ve been able to build and retain muscle tissue, lower my blood pressure, and reduced body fat. It’s never too late for women at any age to consider strength training with a personal trainer.
