Socks are 17 dollars I understand why they are required after taking the class but really 17 for socks

1 STAR--for management and client relations
This location takes zero responsibility for the app they contracted for clients to schedule the classes. They are NOT focused on building a long term customer base ONLY on purchases---you miss or arrive late for a class --pay for another even if the next session has space----Bizarre and unprofessional----

4STARS--for the instructors--All are solid

They charge you outrageously for missed classes that you already paid for the session. Rip off

The instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and motivating.
The studio is simple and clean. Their late policy is strict and enforced but I think it’s reasonable since they always start class right on time.

GOOD - 3 star
- great workout very pilates like with edge
- The workout & instructors are 5 stars

BAD - 2 star
- schedule is limited
- only one company runs all Lagree studios - Chicago is ripe for competition

UGLY - 1 Star
- Not for professionals - zero last minute flexibility to make up a class or change
- If you miss & there is room in the next schedule - must pay - Mgmt is all about the fees even if you are a long term client - Harsh & transactional -

I signed up for a free trial class on a day that my usual gym was closed because I thought it was another similar HIIT style gym.. I just Googled gyms near me. When checking in I was asked if I ever did Pilates before and my response was "Wait this is a Pilates place?"

Suffice it to say my first workout was incredibly humbling but I've since added this into my regular workout schedule because the strengthening of stabilizer muscles and flexibility that these workouts focus on has leveled up my fitness in all areas. Each of the classes is unique in structure - but you can always guarantee a full body workout.

I’m new to Pilates and have been trialing a few spots via ClassPass. Studio Lagree, specifically this location (West Loop), is my favorite so far. Heather was the instructor for my class and she was great! She took the time to really teach the class and would provide individualized support (ie,. checking in on your form and providing corrections) to those who needed it, including me. She noticed my balance was off and provided me with this little balance stick which made my workout sooo much better, too. I’ve gone to a few other classes at different locations and feel like other instructors speak sooo friggin fast that I can’t keep up with following the directions which throws off my form and stresses me out. Heather was fun, motivating, and didn’t sound like a robot on fast-forward. I definitely recommend Studio Lagree in WL and plan on coming back! :)
