I booked a spin class literally 20 minutes before and started!! I ended up being a few minutes late BUT the instructor Ms. Dee was sooooo welcoming. I was so bummed that I interrupted the class but she made me feel like I had been there before. She explained to me the process and got me right on the bike while still running the class lol. The other ladies were so nice and helped me with the moves on the bike. I’ll definitely be back again and again.... I burnt 523 calories and babyyy my body was feeling it everywhere. Awesome workout!!! Definitely recommend.

I found Sweat it off in September of 2017.
I wanted to get rid of a lot weight and I didn’t know how to do it. I felt like I was walking around in a stranger’s body. I saw Dee’s table at a woman’s conference. I walked by her table a couple of times finally I realized this is the answer to my prayer. Dee helped, challenged and encouraged me get back to the me I remembered when I was in my 20's and 30's. For that I will be forever grateful. I got rid of 50 pounds and have not looked back. If you truly want to get back to that young body you remember this is the place. It's not easy at all, but anything you truly want is worth working your butt off to get. 😊.

This class is not for the weak but worth every last penny. This is NOT your average cycling class. Think of it as well-rounded workout executed on a bicycle. Ms. Dee Caswell provides tough love with guaranteed results. I only vouch for what I know - she is up there with thee best fitness trainers. Looking for results take this class. This is not a regular spin class!! This is a total body workout! No selfies no recording while you work out this is not the class for that!! You will literally be amazed at what is done on these bikes. Once you cycle here no other class will compare. Results is what you will get and see .

I was in Dee's spin class when she worked for xsport fitness. Many times I couldn't get in because people came 2, 3 hours early just to get the pass for her class. When I finally came early enough to get a pass I LOVED her class. I just recently found out she opened her own spin class. I am so excited to try this. As soon as I give birth I am coming to lose my baby weight and get healthy again. I cannot wait to spin with Dee again! Congratulations Dee on all you have accomplished. This is amazing!! God has truly blessed you.

Great class, but none of the rules I was told about when I entered the studio are on the Google link to book. I booked thru Google, not the studio's website & was completely confused why I was told I should've been there 10 minutes early (I got there 8 minutes early) & couldn't wear my outside shoes on the bike, because none of those rules are on the link I used to book. The class is challenging & I recommend it, but DO NOT attempt to adjust the bike yourself & DO NOT attempt to get on the bike other than from the back or you'll be instructed otherwise... just ask before you touch anything. All-in-all, if you're looking for a high impact spinning class, you'll definitely get that there, but don't forget to visit the website before class to get all the rules, so you're not clueless like I was.

Best class I have been to. Been trying for years to lose weight going to many different places and no results.. Dee the trainer pushes you!! She takes time to study your body and give you a individual meal plan, so you can be on a fast track of weight loss. 40 pounds down in 3 months!! Wonderful

The class is energetic. The music is perfect. The instructor provides critique on doing the right position so you dont hurt yourself. The instructor encourages you to push yourself but also to listen to your body so you dont injure yourself on the bike. It's a powerhouse cycling class.
