I recently started 1x1 personal training sessions with Drew at Synergy Fitness and I 100% absolutely recommend! Drew initially met with me for a very detailed fitness evaluation where we discussed my goals and physical limitations-which I certainly had concerns about (most specifically my abdominal hernia). Each workout that Drew has customized for me has been super fun yet challenging, and most importantly-accommodating to my limitations. After my first series of workout sessions with Drew, I am feeling an incredible difference in my mobility already and I just signed up for my 2nd set of sessions.🙂 I want to point out that Drew is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining the exercises and teaching the correct form which is great for me because I NEED that guidance. The Synergy studio is clean and inviting, the staff is welcoming and friendly l, and I truly appreciate the various training program options that are available. I'm so looking forward to my future strength and flexibility potential thanks to Drew and Synergy Fitness Studio!

I highly recommend Synergy Fitness Studio—especially personal training with Drew.
Five months ago, I limped into Synergy in near-constant hip and knee pain. Today, my hips don't hurt at all and my severely arthritic knee feels better than it has in 10 years.
All of this improvement, I feel, is because of Drew's extensive knowledge and his development of a personalized training regimen that continually recognizes my abilities (and my limitations). His exercises have now improved my strength, balance and mobility, and each session is carefully crafted to build on previous gains. I'm now on a path where I can do lunges (!)—and five months ago I could barely put weight on my bad knee with even the smallest movement.
I couldn't be happier with my progress, and I can't wait to see what improvements future sessions could bring. If you're looking for the highest level of expertise in personal training, check out Synergy and Drew!

I highly recommend the Yin Meditation Yoga with Michelle Brand on Wednesday evening. It is the perfect blend of meditation and stretching. Michelle is great as she guides you through the poses so you can get the most from the experience. I always feel energized yet peaceful and relaxed after each class.

Michelle is an amazing instructor. Her Yin Yoga class is so relaxing - an excellent way to leave all the chaos of life outside the door. Stretches and counter-stretches that are held for an amount of time that really allows one to benefit from the stretch. No fast movements, no flow with balance challeges in this class. Most of the class is done on the mat. (There is a down- dog thrown in now and then. ) Yoga blocks and other props are welcomed to enhance the stretches. I have come to realize how very important stretching is for us. I am dealing with knee problems and spinal stenosis and believe me, this class has really helped. If you are thinking you are too old - no worries. I am almost 80. Michelle will make adaptions for poses that you are not able to do. The bonus of Michelle's class is that she is certified to give a massage as she walks around to those who give her the ok. Give her class a try. I am sure you will love it.

Tina is kind, gives a challenging workout and always cheers you on to success. She tailors the workouts to the individual so you still workout but do it safely. First trainer that has ever worked for me. I’ve lost 10 lbs in about 3 months and I feel stronger. Highly recommend!

Tina is an awesome personal trainer. Before I started working out with her. I was diagnosed with heart failure. After a 1 1/2 years working with Tina my heart is stronger than it has ever been. She keeps the workouts challenging, which helps me work harder and achieve my goals to gain muscle, lose weight and inches. As well strength my heart. She has a lot of energy and I mean a lot, in a great way!! Which is why I can’t wait for my hour workouts with her twice a week. Thank you Tina!!

Expert guidance on adjusting your bike and proper form throughout the class means no previous spin experience is necessary for participation.
