I began training with Tara in 2023 to get me fit for an unusual hobby - car racing. I knew I needed better endurance, and Tara’s unique approach to my unique goals improved my fitness, car control, and fine motor control and mental calmness under high Gs and very high speeds.
Many of my competitors are decades younger than I am. That’s okay. For me, my desire to excel and win at racing drives my fitness goals even though it’s hard work. And wouldn’t you know it, the work Tara guides me through has improved my health and vitality as well. I’ll take that as a pretty good side effect.
Finally, Tara’s positive outlook has added to my success and happy feelings. Just as important, other times when doubts and normal racing setbacks had me down, Tara’s good morale helped my sagging spirits. So even on those days I don’t *really* feel like working out, I’ve always felt better afterward.
My special requirements has Tara engaging me in a constant rotation of different training exercises addressing multiple aims, including balance, eye-hand- brain coordination under stress, and strength. Tara Linzy and Tara Linzy Fitness helped me actually improve my fitness, improved my racing, and made me stronger and more confident. She’s a keeper.

Some things I really appreciated about working with Tara is the variety she brings to each session, our sessions never got boring. Tara did an excellent job helping me regain my strength and confidence after worsening muscle weakness from skin cancer radiation and bacterial infections due to lymphedema therapy. I was unable to sit up in bed, and get into and out of bed without assistance. Also could not walk using my walker. Thanks to her personal experience with MS and advanced training skills, I’ve regained my independence and confidence. Thank you Tara!
