I have been attending classes at TDM Wheaton for years now. Lindsay is great, always looking for new ways to challange her clients. It feels like family. The COVID19 lock down was not a problem becuase this was one of the first work out studios to run classes via zoom. Check it out you will love it!

Love this studio and the instructors! The workouts are a great combination of cardio, stretching and strength training. Highly recommend, even if you aren't in your 20's anymore. :-)

I love the classes, and have been especially impressed with the teachers. All the teachers are so thorough in their anatomical cues and have such empowering βyou can do thisβ attitudes. I have felt strong and energized after every class thus far, and I will definitely keep going back for more π

I tell everyone how much I love it at Wheaton TDM! I love the workout. I love the community. I like how motivating everyone is, but also the non-judgmental. Even though there are lots of people here who are great shape, I never feel self-conscious about my level of fitness or the way my body looks. TDM really helps my back pain go away -- I can tell when I haven't been there often enough! I like that you can shower if you have to go to work afterward. Just a great place! You should try it!

Found this gem of a Barre, yoga Cycle studio a few years ago... If you could see where I started out to how far I have improve in strength ( yes I can do planks now) ... flexibility, and cardio ( added cycle)...increased energy ( must be the good karma that I recieved from all the amazing instructors) you really should give it a month and you will see lots of improvement in your fitness levels... thumbs up ππͺπ―π΄ββοΈ

I have been going here for three years now and I absolutely love it. I have done every workout, every exercise and this has put me in the best shape and continues to challenge my body. The instructors are so helpful and knowledgeable. It is like having a personal trainer in class with me.

Great staff, helpful, polite, and never make you feel silly, This is a great workout, and you will feel muscles you never knew you had! A little pricey, but at the same time, you definitely get a good workout!
