I love so much about this place! Only a 20-minute workout twice a week so no excuses not to work out. Even with a 20-minute workout it is intense, and I always feel energized afterwards. I do the private trainer sessions with Trish, and she is amazing! She always adjusts my workouts to maximize the benefits. Everyone on at the Buffalo Grove studio is very nice and professional. Highly recommend as the equipment is very high tech so you can monitor your progress.

The coaches challenge and encourage me within a safe intensity range for my body and objectives. The equipment is varied and constantly updated with new means of exercising and measuring achievements. I've been enjoying their coaching for over 15 years and feel so much more toned, with greater strength and stamina.

Love working out at The Exercise Coach! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. Been going for 7 months now and I feel stronger and more toned! The best part is that itβs only 20 minutes a couple times a week! Anyone can do something for 20 minutes except hold your breath! Would highly recommend!

Exercise Coach has been the best thing Iβve done in my life. One would think that working out only 20 minutes 2x weekly isn't enough. After 16 years of dedication, I can say it it is! Iβm in the best shape and health of my life. I have controlled osteoporosis, built bone density, muscle definition, gained energy, and reduced 2 sizes. What makes this great is the small, safe atmosphere, awesome coaches (theyβre like family), personal attention and positive results in a short time.
Who canβt commit to 40 minutes a week to look and feel better.

I am the type of person who would rather do pretty much anything other than working out. I've tried many different places and many different styles over the years but I've basically dropped them all after, like, week one. If you went back and told my past self that I'd be continually exercising for two and a half years, I'd probably laugh right in your face. But here I am! At the very bottom of it all, the main reason I've continued is because I sincerely appreciate the BG staff - they have been wonderful and supportive, and have made me look forward to coming in (well, as much as one who abhors moving more than they need to would). A big thank you to Brandon and Delaney for tolerating my BS, challenging me when I'm getting complacent, and humoring me when I've had a rough day. (And an "I-didn't-forget-you" thank you to the rest of the staff who has also had to deal with me on occasion!)

Just had my first year anniversary and I continue to me amazed by the fitness approach used at The Excercise Coach. The exercise programs developed for me are specific to my needs and desires and the results meet my expectations. It is hard work that leads to real results. All this will working with staff that is exceptional at what they do and are just good, nice people.

You have no idea how much I miss being at EC! Those 15 minutes lifted the moral for the whole week. They have the best coaches and you get all the personal attention you can ask for ! The best team ever. The exercise here is not at all about sweating but about science ! Science that you can see and facts are all there ! We are addicted to this place and now that we have moved we are eagerly waiting for a franchise to expand to our new city. Spend 15 minutes get a trial and you will know what I am talking .

My trainer Mike is excellent and very committed to his clients. It is not just a job for him but training is his passion. I like the facility and the new cutting-edge equipment. The Exercise Coach really accommodates their clients and the super-slow technique really works. I am very pleased with this studio and I've been going here since 2008.

Exercise Coach I,VE been coming at least 10 years and really enjoy it. I thought I would go somewhere cheaper like lifetime fitness, but i know I wouldn't feel or look as good. Besides I may get to see Brian again-I forgot how to pronounce his last name. Also i have the best trainer=MIKE-HE pushes me to do better==the other trainers are good too. What can you say about Stella's smile-40 carat.

The studio is clean and the machines are in good working order. The trainers watch form carefully and offer good encouragement. Be careful though that you stay in charge of your own goals instead of them setting goals for you that might not be what you want to achieve.
