Exercise Coach continues to be the place for a great workout with a wonderful staff! All the trainers are skilled to structure the appropriate workout for each client to achieve their fitness goals. The facility provides excellent machines to get the most efficient workout with safety in mind. Even though workouts aren't supposed to be easy, Excercise Coach makes it easier to get the workout needed to enhance my overall health.

I've always been intimidated at big gyms, don't know what exercises to do, and am not held accountable if I workout at home. I'm SO thankful to have found The Exercise Coach, and love the semi-private workouts. The trainers already have my workout prepared when I arrive, and it's tailored to my specific goals and needs. This is a wonderful little gym that gives you BIG gym results without being overwhelmed. Two 20min sessions a week is perfect for me. I though it would seem like I wouldn't feel maximum benefits, but I don't feel shorted by 20min at all.
The coaches are all so positive, it's almost impossible to feel down on yourself leaving there.

Iβve loved being a client of The Exercise Coach for the past eight months. Their twice weekly, 20 minute workouts are challenging and offer a always convenient opportunity to get my strength training completed. And before I became a member, I always found an excuse NOT to get it in.
The studio owner, Kathy Facenda, prioritizes a clean and welcoming studio. Their focused program can help anyone from ages 16-116 build strength & feel better. How does it work? The unique hi-tech machines create resistance throughout the movements, ensuring that my muscles are challenged at all times during repetitions. Additionally, the knowledgeable on-site staff helps to make sure that Iβm getting the full benefits of my workout. Their app shows a 46% increase in strength on one of their machines!

Aubrey, my trainer, provides support and encouragement and is knowledgeable about the equipment and exercises. I don't like exercise, but I love Exercise Coach! It was hard to know what to do when I would go to the big box gym, but Exercise Coach takes out all the guess work. The trainers are encouraging and efficient. It is great to have the personal attention they provide and knowing I can go there for 20 minutes, twice a week and actually get results, has been amazing! I can see that my stamina and strength are increasing. I feel like I finally found the right program for me, my schedule, and my style!

A small but wonderful gym where you can get personal coaching for a very affordable price. Compared to other gyms and to private trainers the 12 month fee was very reasonable. The equipment is great, I always feel challenged and I can see my progress. The coaches are lovely, attentive, and supportive. If you're trying to get some strength training in with guidance you can certainly do that here.

The owner of this facility, Kathy Facenda, is a phenomenal person. She cares so much about her business and her clients and does such a wonderful job of taking care of them and her staff. Itβs refreshing to see such a high level of customer service. Their machines are so unique and the exercise coach is the only place you can go and work out for only 20 minutes and still see results. Itβs truly amazing. Donβt hesitate to join this fitness club. Itβs more than worth it!

The Exercise Coach is a wonderful option for those looking to improve their health through the many benefits of strength training. I checked this business out after reading about it in the media. As a senior, and a person who has no interest in a traditional "gym", I went for an exploratory visit. I told them I wanted to be stronger, improve my sense of balance and to be able to 'get up' easier (after playing on the floor with my grandchildren.) The Exercise Coach has delivered on all three in less than 60 days. I am grateful, and even a few pounds lighter. I expect to be a long time customer.
I had doubts on whether I could stay with it, but their "coaching" concept is the difference. A person named Aubrey spends the entire 20 minutes encouraging me in a friendly way, but as an expert at the same time. My wife - who is 6 years younger than me - has also engaged The Exercise Coach. I believe she is equally happy with their services, although we go at different times (smart).
These folks understand that there are a lot of people who want to be coached into better health, strength, and balance (and therefore safety.) And the idea that a person can get there in just two twenty-minute sessions per week? Well, its exactly what I wanted.
I truly believe The Exercise Coach is a genuine solution to a national problem... one person at a time. Color me grateful.

Loving this place to exercise at twice a week. Super personable and friendly staff! The one-on-one training is nice because you feel like you are getting your money's worth in such a short time. He took me all around and showed me all the machines and how he could help me. He sat with me for a while and made me feel very comfortable. I was sold.
