Our approach improves your physical well-being through individual personalized training programs by utilizing our systematic and integrated (total body) training method. This method incorporates six components of training: flexibility, core, cardiorespiratory, balance, power and strength.
We offer individual training as well as semi-private small group training. Everyone from all backgrounds, fitness levels, and ages are welcome. There is no traditional membership, your visit will be by appointment only. Only personal training clients accompanied by a trainer will be allowed into the studio.

I have been training with Kirt Davis two mornings a week for almost 5 years now. He is great at what he does and is fun to work with. He is flexible and tailors his sessions to his students. For example, being in my late 60s, my workouts stress flexibility and balance more than weight training, although some sessions are more strength oriented. His anatomy knowledge is excellent so he can make sure that he works each muscle group correctly. I know that he also trains a number of middle school, high school and older athletes who need more specialized training tailored to their sports. I would recommend Kirt and The Kirt Locker to anyone.

10 years ago Kirt trained me for a tough mudder. I was at my peak athleticism in that time.
10ish years and a myriad of injuries and stress later, I hired Kirt again to help rehab my back. I drive an hour from Naperville specifically to work with Kirt because he understands the body and what it needs to stay in motion, and I knew he would know how to take my diagnosis and repair function.
Grateful to have the chance to work with Kirt again in his own studio which is just a playground for Sports fitness training fanatics and people that want to stay in peak mobility throughout their life. His workouts are unique to each individual and challenging and fun.
Pricing is on point, the value is massive, and he’s a great human to support. Worth every penny.
