I started going to The Perfect Workout on a recommendation from a coworker. I absolutely love the program. The trainers are very knowledgeable and push you to do your best. I originally started with Kevin in Glen Ellyn who was amazing. Now I go to the Naperville location and absolutely love Greg. He is very supportive. I'm so glad I started at The Perfect Workout and plan on continuing as long as I can.

I happened to see an advertisement on Facebook about The Perfect Workout, I just goggled the facility and read the reviews which one review caught my attention. Everything that the lady said on her review was basically describing myself. I decided to sign up and I received a call and before I knew anything I was at the facility on Labor day and met Sarah Loar my trainer. Sarah was very patient and made me feel comfortable being at the facility. I was discouraged at first but willing to give it a try, she helped me with the machines and made sure that I was comfortable on each equipment that I worked out on. Sarah has a very warm heart and spirit. I felt so good when I left there and when I woke up that next day I still felt like I could accomplish anything. LOL!!! I will recommend this place to anyone that has tried other places and left feeling like a failure. If you go to The Perfect Workout you will leave feeling like a million bucks!!! Thank you Sarah!!!

This is a great workout facility with one on one Personal Trainer concept in the heart of Naperville. Stephine the facility mgr / trainer is very astute in ensuring one is excerting the proper muscle groups with each exercise station. She is very motivating & yet concerned about one's physical limitations. All this for a 20 minute workout once a wk. In 2 yrs of attending, friends have noticed a difference, I'm 80% stronger in all excerices & I feel much better about my self. Stephine & the Perfect Workout is a 5 Star ecperience & the 1st visit is Always FREE with Stephine.

Stephine is not your ordinary personal trainer. She goes the extra mile to make sure I have correct form and pushes me past the point where I would quit if I were on my own. Stephine really is amazing. Iβve had really good personal trainers before but none as good as Stephine. She intuitively knows when to push me harder and when to back off, and finds creative ways to keep me motivated. She really invests in her clients and cares about their well-being.
