If you value your health and time, there is really no other workout. Although it is a tough 20 minutes the workout is extremely efficient and effective. I have been doing this workout for 2 months now. I am much stronger, more balanced and have lost a good amount of weight in a short time. I do couple this workout with better eating habits. My trainer, Kevin, is excellent. Right amount of push, while maintainING safe movements to maximize results. Put in 110% for 20 minutes rather than 50% for an hour or so, several times per week. That is a quote from my trainer and it rings true and helps me push through each 20 minute session. Thank you!

I've never experienced a slow motion weight training and fitness program such as "The Perfect Workout", its unique and extremely focused on the individuals goals and expectations. Devin Butler is "top of the line" personal trainer. Devin truly cares and wants to see his clients reach their goals and see success. I've experienced many different workouts, but I'd never worked with a personal trainer in the past. I DEFINITELY feel stronger and at almost 3 months I'm seeing more muscle definition.
With a busy life we tend to forget about "ME" time; I love that it's only 20 minutes twice a week. Very knowledgeable trainers; this is a great experience with one-on-one personal training sessions. Highly recommended for those serious about improving their health and fitness!

Wanting to improve my fitness, I was intrigued by advertisements " 20 minute workouts and results" -- so I began working with trainer Jeff at this location in February 2018, and have since worked with both Devin and Lucas. All of the trainers are fantastic. Extremely personal, encouraging, positive and understand that everyone's journey is different. Extremely happy with my results and have signed up for another 12 months.

I joined Perfect Workout because I have fibromyalgia and arthritis . I knew that I needed to workout so that I could become healthier but was afraid because of the pain. Lucas and Devin have made me overcome my problems with walking with an exercise program to meet my goals. Thank you Devin and Lucas for giving me back my mobility and strength. I do not take pain pill anymore and I sleep much better too. For me this has program has been a miracle.
